The staff is welcoming and helpful, as seen in the exceptional service provided by Kayasia. On one occasion, a customer's boyfriend received a phone call while they were choosing flavors, and Kayasia politely handled the situation, reassuring them that the cake batter flavor was fine. She even offered to pay for a new one if the customer on the phone wanted to switch. Despite the unexpected interruption, Kayasia's professionalism and apology made the experience pleasant.
