I love coming here as it’s always quick and my cold brew is always great! However, they do not seem to pay attention to food orders. Not sure how a wrap and side of bacon could get so messed up, but it has for the 3rd time now. Learned my lesson - cold brews only from now on as that’s all they seem to be able to manage correctly.

I used to work at this location for multiple years. Mind you I know how the store operates. But when the store manager who knows me personally looks me dead in the eyes and ignores my order. It’s kinda disrespectful. Why do I, the costumer have to reach behind a window and grab my own coffee. Isn’t that the job of the employee? Very disappointing because as I stated, I worked there and to be treated that way as a customer is disappointing. They need to do better with costumer...
