Hello! i was at the store on 1301 Fairview Blvd, Delran, NJ 08075 last Tuesday June 23rd, where my car proceeded to break down in the drive thru line. That day I learned that Chik Fil A might be the best place to ever break down. I felt like i was in a NASSCAR pit stop. I’ve been coming to Delran Chick-fil-A location for a long time, so this comes from someone who really enjoys the brand and wants to see it stay consistent.
Lately, I’ve been a bit disappointed that the “well done” option was removed. That used to make a big difference. This location is very well run. People are friendly, apologetic when problems arise, and polite. Food is tasty and mostly hot ( in fairness I don't get ro eat it right away but it stays pretty warm til then.) And their sponsorship of community events is a high point.
