Why is it difficult to redeem a free sandwich that is being offered by your establishment? I've downloaded the app, signed up for promos, made an account, took a screenshot of the QR code for the free sandwich and with ALL of that, nothing is helping me redeem this offer from you. I've got a lot of food apps and I don't go through this with anyone else. Big turn off.
