Julian & Jill are amazing bartenders and servers. The owner is amazing and so is, literally, everyone who works here. I'm Italian, raised with high standards regarding our traditional food, and they meet all my standards. Highly recommend!

Used to love coming here! In the past, Bensi's would be a slam dunk 4 or 5 star rating from me; but not anymore! Overall the quality is going downhill fast. The food isn't that good anymore. My fish was severly under-cooked, and typically it comes with a small bowl of pasta. It didn't this time. In fact the server didn't even realize that the sole francese is supposed to come with pasta as is written on the menu! My buddy had the shrimp with penne, and it looked like a kids portion it was that small. The last time I went here before last night was back in May, and the Bolognese had gristle, and my son was given the wrong order. Avoid this place folks.

Service was great, waitress was awesome. The bartender makes a solid old fashioned. Cook knocked it out of the park with my chicken saltimbocca. Highly recommend. Nice and quiet, conversation was easy. I'm definitely going back.

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from George at Bensi. While working in the Denville area, I searched online for a place to grab a salad and decided to place an order with Bensi. Upon arriving at the location, I was informed that they hadn’t received an order for a chicken Caesar salad.
George promptly stepped in, reviewed my receipt, and realized that I had accidentally placed the order at a different location. Without hesitation, he assured me it wasn’t an issue, had the chef prepare the salad on the spot, and even took a copy of my receipt to ensure everything was handled properly.
This level of professionalism and hospitality is truly top-tier. George, thank you—I genuinely appreciate your kindness and exceptional service.
