Bagel was decent, seating inside and outside is great, hospitality/customer service was meh. Bagels need to be labeled - when I asked for help identifying what types of bagels there are, the cashier seemed annoyed and was not very helpful.
Undeniably the best bagels in town, and the muffins are amazing too. Just make sure to check your order before you leave. Something has been missing from mine about 80% of the time (usually the muffin, to be specific).
Also, the employee with the bright red buzz cut kept giving my toddler and me really uncomfortable, hostile looks. Whatever the reason, no customer, especially a kid, should be made to feel unwelcome. I won’t feel comfortable bringing...

My pregnant wife and I stopped for a bite to eat because we were super hungry. We were met with excellent service and the food was absolutely delicious! Ronnie was extraordinarily kind. In a part of the country where bagel shops are around every corner, this shop is the best we've experienced in a long time. It was our first time and certainly won't be the last!
