I ordered Chicken Biryani takeout orders two times and a catering order. Biryani was very dry. I don’t even call this as Biryani and they say it was special Biryani. I can’t imagine how the regular biryani will be. That was take out orders.
Coming to catering, this was all veg. I ordered 4 items. Everything else was OK (not bad) except Jackfruit Biryani. None of the guests liked it. Nobody wanted to even take home because they didn’t like it.
When I spoke to them to provide feedback, according to the owner food is considered bad only if it’s spoiled. It appears they don’t bother about the taste. Very disappointing to see these words coming from owner instead of explaining customer what could have went wrong.
Worst experience every time except one time dine-in. Never ever visit this restaurant nor do I recommend.
I’ve given your restaurant four chances, but after these repeated experiences, I can’t imagine anyone wanting to return. I declined your refund because your response—blaming the customer instead of accepting feedback—is truly disappointing. I also don’t want store credit, as I have no intention of going through the same frustration with your food quality again.
To your question, “How do we run the business?”
It’s simple:
1. By consistently providing quality food. 2. By acknowledging that mistakes can happen, but handling feedback constructively—listening to customers and making improvements rather than ignoring their input.
Customer will obviously get frustrated if they don’t get the quality for what they paid for. If customers truly enjoy the food, they’ll tell at least ten others about it.
Again you are blaming the customers in your comment. If customers genuinely liked the food, they wouldn’t pretend otherwise just to get a refund. That would be dishonest and unfair behavior. In our case food was not even consumed as you see it in the photo which was taken after the party was over. The entire tray untouched went to trash. No one wanted to even take home. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I was planning to visit this restaurant from past month due to it was very far almost 60 miles to be honest it was worthy and most happiest part for me was that malyali parath 🥺 I have finally found this in USA amazing 🤩 the taste is good they must improve there timings and service must be more quicker.

Hi my name is Daksh, and I proudly tell you that this restaurant is a worth of a try. Though there is a little parking issues because of a small capacity, but that doesn't ruin anything. It's all about the food! We started with chilling panner and a chicken platter. But what a start. Then, we straight forward went for the actual dinner. We got dal taka, chicken biryani and more. That was the best dal tadka I had after my family's receipt. We ate chicken biryani and that was surely worth trying.
Look the only reason I gave 4 stars is parking, but overall what a overwhelming experience. I think you should have a try for this after you tired, this what we were exactly look for.

My friend suggested this place and it turned out to be a great choice! We ordered mirchi bajji and a variety of biryanis—mutton, chicken, fish, and keema. All of them were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The service was also really good, which made the whole experience even better. A must-visit for biryani lovers!

The food is fantastic. I have gotten takeout and have eaten at the restaurant, which is comfortable and casual, a very relaxed setting with friendly staff. They appear to have a big takeout business, understandably since the prices are quite reasonable and they serve good-sized portions. Don’t just drive by like I did for ages, wondering if this restaurant was worth stopping at! So glad to have gone in and tried House of Biryanis and Kebabs..
Hands down, this is the best biryani I have ever had! If you're craving authentic Hyderabadi biryani, you absolutely must try the HBK special biryani. It's masterfully prepared with both chicken 65 and dum pieces, and everything, including the spices, blended so incredibly well for a more traditional flavour. We also tried the majestic chicken from the appetizers, and it was equally delicious!

I tried different locations of House of Biryani & Kebabs for biryani’s ( NJ , PA. ( two locations )Veg & Non veg family packs everything looks good Quality & Quantity for other locations I am not satisfied for this branch.. I ordered family pack Veg Dum Biryani Veg biryani means minimum 4 to 5 veggies 🥕 but here they used only green pea’s & Potatoes small quantity carrot that’s it..it’s almost like plain pulao.I’m not satisfied with this time taste also average..
