We went for a brunch with a friend's family and we're pleasantly surprised with the taste and service of this joint. This was right across the Indian lake which would be great on a bright sunny day. We loved their Mexican omelet, huevos rancheros, French roast and pancakes.

Had the Burger....changed out the ketchup for Chipotle aïoli ...WOW....the fries were crunchy & the Burger is one of the best I've eaten in years!!!!
Great strong coffee too.
Never been here before.....Will definitely come back !

So, I will only review Diners / Breakfast Joints with an option for Pure Maple Syrup.
The Indian Lake Bistro in Denvile NJ started my meal off great with this presentation of our maple syrup selection. Left me excited to get the French toast on the table.
Great Fench Toast , Berries and cream! - Nicely set with hot sausage side. Bacon 🥓 was crisp but cold( seemed old).
Spacious and clean indoors with soothing music.
Overall, very good aided...
