I shy away from a seafood medley over linguine because of the different cooking times. Chef Pete is the master. I was blown away how every different piece of fish was cooked PERFECTLY. Scallops, clams, mussels, bay Scallops, calamari, flounder and salmon ALL cooked to perfection. Tru talent Chef Pete.
This is definitely the place in Denville where all the old school people go. The people who might think a certain other local Italian place is a little over hyped and pretentious. That's Amore served us the best meal we had out in a while and made our last minute early mother's day celebration an absolute success. And if someone at your table doesn't order the Linguine Pescatore, you have made a mistake.
