Walked in to be greeted by a host on his phone. Didn’t notice me for five minutes until another host saw he was on his phone and came up to seat me. Then my hostess had me wait for a booth, meanwhile the people directly behind me were immediately seated at a booth. This entire time he was still in his phone completely lost in it.

Riley was our waitress and she was not only the cutest thing ever but also so so sweet and made our group of friends feel accommodated and taken care of! Great place for friends to meet and get a reasonable meal. Surprising, Chilis has good affordable burger options. Their quesadillas and steak fajitas are great as well. And they have DR PEPPER...not many restaurants have this soda. Very, very happy.
