I’m disappointed on how my food was given to my DoorDash driver the bag was broken and my bowl lids were not shut properly as well as my food order wasn’t correct. i ordered extra chicken and only a regular amount was given. Chipotle has always been my favorite restaurant and to receive this presentation was disappointing I am not able to even call and talk to a manager about it because the phone number doesn’t work that way I hope chipotle is able...

Not as good as it used to be here. You cannot order quesadillas in store, which I don’t understand why. When I ordered online and then ate them there, they weren’t even good. The chips most times are stale. It just seems as though nothing there tastes as good as it once did. Some of the employees like many places these days are rude and do not care about doing a good job or being customer friendly. They need to step it up.

The best experience at Chipotle I’ve ever had. The reason- Elannie, at the front counter, who served up our chicken bowls. She had a positive attitude about everything, always smiling, and best CS you can ask for. She is one of your best employees I’ve ever encountered. Just wanted to do a shout out, she deserves it.
