Raised process but need to clean and repair. Our server was in training, waited on us the whole time. When it came to the tip.... She wasn't allowed to accept. Because she was in training. Bull. She was AWESOME. BAD POLICY

My friend & I went to lunch there today. Ordered 2 coffees a burger & a wrap. Pretty simply and easy lunch. Thirty mins go by and we are like where is our food. Had to call the waitress over to ask where are food was. She said it's almost done. Our coffee cups were empty and had been for a while. She ran away before I could even ask for more. Another 15mins go by and here comes our food. And my wrap is on sourdough bread. I said I asked for a wrap not a sandwich....

I love going to Friendly’s, Food is always great. I got the legendary honey barbecue chicken super melt with fries and it always hits the spot. Lunchtime seems to be the best time because the food comes out piping, hot and fresh and super quick. Servers were super attentive and amazing. I can’t wait to come back.
