The food was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress Tyra made this a most wonderful experience. Its always enhances the dining experience when you have a waitress like Tyra. She was so friendly and personable. She explained things and answered our questions. I had hotpot at other restaurants this was topshelf. This was an overall excellent dining experience made even more spectacular by our waitress Tyra.
Tyra was absolutely amazing she made our first time here a very wonderful experience. She is an awesome hostess. I’ll look for her the next time we come here. 5 stars plus 20 thank you for an awesome experience.!!!!
My friends and i absolutely love KPOT. We drive an hour from home just to eat at this location SOLELY for the service they provide. Tyra is always working and has served me each time I am here. She is very personable and makes us feel comfortable asking for anything we may need. If you go to this KPOT location, ask for Tyra I promise you’ll have the best experience!
