After placing an order online I asked for some items to be on the side (sour cream, salsa, etc). When I picked up the order I asked if the items were in the bag. I was told "yes". Not true. When I got home I called the store just to let them know. The employee was extremely rude to me. First she said that she couldn't hear me on the phone because she was standing near the dishwasher. The food was ordered on line to be ready at 615. I had to remind them that I was sti here at 630. What is the point of ordering on line when the food is not ready when I get there. I should have gone thru the line... would have been faster. Epic Fail
The food is absolutely disgusting. Came in there today to get something to go, and it was completely inedible. The chicken (if it was even chicken?) was rubbery, slimy, and gross. Don’t waste your money. A few years ago this used to be the spot. Not sure what happened. The quality and service were both horrible. Do yourself a favor and eat at the pizza shop next door.
