Las Brisazs in Dover is definitely worth checking out! The food is delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the baleadas are especially amazing. They’re made with great ingredients and have the perfect combination of flavors in every bite. The portions are good, the food tastes authentic, and everything feels freshly made. If you’re looking for a great spot in Dover with really good food, I definitely recommend Las Brisazs, especially for the baleadas!

Food was delicious! I went for dinner after church, loved every part of this place, I got the beef tacos which tasted perfect, the beef was soft and seasoned well. Food came quickly, food tasted AMAZING, and service was extremely kind, will be going here again!

I hesitate to write a good review because I don't wanna blow up the spot but the pupusas are incredible. Best platanos I've had in a while. Really great food and friendly staff. Only 4 stars on the Service because the patio makes it a little hard to flag down a server but they are very friendly once you get one.
