We had a great experience at Las Costillas de Pedro. We ordered the Bandeja Paisa and the lunch special, and both were delicious. The portions were generous, the food tasted fresh and authentic, and everything was well prepared. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great Colombian food in Dover.
Five stars for the ribs and the skewers! Las Costillas de Pedro serves up some of the best traditional Colombian grilled meats in the area. Simple, authentic, and delicious. If you're in Dover, you have to try it.
Great service and nice atmosphere. I tried their coleslaw, they add pineapple to it, tastes very fresh and delicious. The bandeja paisa was delicious and generous portion. The servers were very attentive as well.
