Food is good but for last couple months rice has been part cooked part still hard the cook isnt cooking it all the way and then they mix with the soft rice they speak no English and they say to busy to deal with the complaints I order from them a lot for big family and the rice is the o ky problem for $40 total with chicken and i get we to busy even when I walk in they dont want to deal with the problems
I always buy food here at Puco Calor; the food is delicious, especially the platters. But believe me, the service makes you never want to come back. They treat you like they're giving the food away for free. They're grumpy and bring their personal problems to work; they don't provide proper service. The soda used to be included whenever I ordered food, whether in person or by phone, but now they charge $3 for a soda, which is quite expensive. I understand they have...
