I come here regularly for their refreshers — always on point, super refreshing, and never watered down like some other places. The staff is consistently friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s the kind of spot that makes you feel like a regular in the best way!

This is probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been too. Food and drinks are never done in time even when you place an order a head of time. They are always messing up the orders. The food brought out is always rushed and looks a mess. Horrible

Been a customer here for 10 years and they have a "manager" apparently named Ahmed, who cant seem to give me a refund on my order when they dont have it in stock. he tries to give me another item which i prefer not to take because I dont want it and he just keeps refusing to give me a refund which their employees and owner have given me a refund before. This supposed manager starts to raise his voice at me just because I asked him why he couldnt do it when his other coworkers were able to do it. This interaction happened 3:45 PM in the afternoon. Dont want to give this review but never have Ive seen a "manager" handle a situation like this guy did.
Edit: apparently they dont do refunds for online orders anymore in this location. Clearly never gping back here.
I swear i dont understand why this dunkin prioritize instore orders to online orders. I literally ordered something came in 10 min later and see a huge line. Ive watch customers being served l3ft and right and meanwhile i just ordered a coffee and its more than 25 minutes in and still not served. I had to ask a rep for them to even start it. Train your rep to understand priorities. People are ordering online for pickup because they eant to come in pick up and leave not wait 25 min and then remind rep. If i wanted to do that i would have ordered in store.

There was a bag in my drink??? I was half way into my drink before I noticed. There’s a few staff members that are super nice, and the others are extremely rude when you mention something missing.
I went back to show them the bag, and one lady just kept giving me attitude saying that the store doesn’t use those bags. They just kept laughing and saying it couldn’t have been them. But why would I go out of my way to put a bag in my drink?! They can’t take accountability for their mistakes. Take the extra trip and go to Bergenfield or Teaneck

I visit this Dunkin at least once a week, usually to take my daughter for treat after school. The store looks okay, has signs of aging. There are few tables in the corner for guests to dine. In the afternoon service is slow here. Not enough staff member are available. Takes a while to order. But they have always been friendly and try their best to hand the orders out as soon as possible.
Most of the time they have good enough variety left in donuts in afternoon. The donuts and munchkins taste decent. Recently I tried their stuffed everything mini bagel and actually liked it a lot. It is filled with cream cheese.
