Been a customer here for 10 years and they have a "manager" apparently named Ahmed, who cant seem to give me a refund on my order when they dont have it in stock. he tries to give me another item which i prefer not to take because I dont want it and he just keeps refusing to give me a refund which their employees and owner have given me a refund before. This supposed manager starts to raise his voice at me just because I asked him why he couldnt do it when his other coworkers were able to do it. This interaction happened 3:45 PM in the afternoon. Dont want to give this review but never have Ive seen a "manager" handle a situation like this guy did.
Edit: apparently they dont do refunds for online orders anymore in this location. Clearly never gping back here.

I swear i dont understand why this dunkin prioritize instore orders to online orders. I literally ordered something came in 10 min later and see a huge line. Ive watch customers being served l3ft and right and meanwhile i just ordered a coffee and its more than 25 minutes in and still not served. I had to ask a rep for them to even start it. Train your rep to understand priorities. People are ordering online for pickup because they eant to come in pick up and leave not wait 25 min and then remind rep. If i wanted to do that i would have ordered in store.

There was a bag in my drink??? I was half way into my drink before I noticed. There’s a few staff members that are super nice, and the others are extremely rude when you mention something missing.
I went back to show them the bag, and one lady just kept giving me attitude saying that the store doesn’t use those bags. They just kept laughing and saying it couldn’t have been them. But why would I go out of my way to put a bag in my drink?! They can’t take accountability for their mistakes. Take the extra trip and go to Bergenfield or Teaneck

I visit this Dunkin at least once a week, usually to take my daughter for treat after school. The store looks okay, has signs of aging. There are few tables in the corner for guests to dine. In the afternoon service is slow here. Not enough staff member are available. Takes a while to order. But they have always been friendly and try their best to hand the orders out as soon as possible.
Most of the time they have good enough variety left in donuts in afternoon. The donuts and munchkins taste decent. Recently I tried their stuffed everything mini bagel and actually liked it a lot. It is filled with cream cheese.

I feel like every time I come here, service is always slow even when it’s not busy. I only like two of the people who work here; they’re the only ones who actually even greet customers and work at a decent pace. Everything else is okay and food is what you expect.

It has to be 1 of the VERY few Dunkin Donuts that actually pay attention to details. They actually make me looking forward to getting more DD from there, but now I'm so spoiled that I compare all the other DDs with this place and like I said, barely anywhere else cares enough to make it correct for paying customers. If I could give 0 stars I would, honestly I ordered a cappuccino and it was horrible and the staff was unfriendly and relatively bad, I will never buy from this place again. I do not recommend it, do not waste your money here.

This lady kept giving me black tea instead of black coffee. It’s not even busy and she just does not pay attention with the orders. One time is okay but this happened multiple times already.
Very popular location with great friendly service, the staff is so friendly to all customers, kids, adults of all ages, I’ve even seen them serving special needs adults with amazing kindness. The location is always clean and the food items are always consistent. This is my go to spot. It would be nice if they stayed open a little later at least on the weekends in the summer maybe?

This could be the SLOWEST Dunkin in the world. It certainly is the slowest in Northern NJ... 25 minutes for a Breakfast Sandwich and an Ice Tea when the store is nearly EMPTY!

I asked for no ice in my coffee and it was filled with ice. Every time I order from this Dunkin’ Donuts location it is always an error. Thank god door dash refunds me for their incompetencies. This has to be the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced in my life.
