I have now been to Pop Taco around 10 times and every single time I go I have a great time. The food is always amazing — best tacos and burritos around. The service is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and easy-going. And the place is super cute and fun with art and neon signs so it can make for a great photo op as well! We loved our evening at POP. The tacos were amazing, especially the Birria and Carne Asada. The guac is ssooo fresh and delicious. The side of rice/beans had such a great flavor, too. We can't wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience.

Ordered a quick snack... Chicken empanadas... Crispy and stuffed... And the poblano molé inside and on the side was savory sweet and delicious.So good.
