“Such a great local gem! We visited QB's for the 1st time on week 2 of football after seeing them listed in our local paper writeup on the top sports bars in North Jersey. It was a fantastic experience from the initial contact via DM to reserve an outdoor table which they gladly accommodated my party of 3 despite a minimum of 5. The service staff were all friendly, attentive and very personable. Their football menu was extensive as well as their drink specials. The owner Mike went around to every table ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves, introduced himself to us, gave out free raffle tickets for a giveaway and even handed each of us a complimentary beer coozie. I told him we will be returning in 2 weeks after visiting Metlife for the home opener and he was more than happy to invite us back to make a reservation.“

“I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The food is awful. Mozzarella sticks were frozen, Cajun fries, a handful of paprika drowned over the top Today beer that's normally $6 was $8 plus a $4 tip, tax and looking for another tip. Bill should have been $20 it's $30. Live with your wn failure. Don't put it on the customers. Pretty bartenders won't cover incompetence.“

“As soon as I walk in, I got automatically seated at the bar by the host and Megan, my bartender gave me the menu (dinner and happy hour) with her warming customer service hospitality.

The interior of the bar is so dope with the neon light with television for sports. They also have a DJ booth for music. I will recommend people to check this place and enjoy their time in the scenery!“

“I wasn't going to share this place with anyone because I don't want it to get crowded but I have to bc I love it so much. Presenting my new watering hole in Bergen! The location is where the old 21 used to be, on the top floor of the Son Jjajang building. Great happy hour everyday 4-8!! It's a steal considering how good the food is. Happy hour all types of soju are $8.99 and beers are cheap too. All the big dishes on the happy hour menu are between $14-$18 and I think the portion sizes are the same! I have yet to try something that I don't love on the menu. Their: Cheese buldak (fire chicken w/ mozzarella cheese.. ask for medium spicy if you can't do heat!) Jogae sujebi (Korean version of.. gnocchi? in clam broth..I always order another side of sujebi) Donkatsu (breaded & fried pork cutlet) Tofu & kimchi Ddukbokki (spicy rice cakes... I usually ask for cheese on this also lol) Tong dak (whole fried chicken) Gaeran mari (Korean cheese omlette w/ fried garlic on top) Budae jjigae (Korean army soup, goes great with soju!) and weirdly enough their giant plate of FRIES (idk what they do to those fries they're just fries but they're so good lol) are among some of my favorites. However, the food tends to be on the spicier side which isn't an issue for me, but if you can't handle too much spice be sure to tell your waiter. I can't say enough about how good the food is. The chef apparently refuses to use anything but the best ingredients and it shows in the taste of the food. Portions are big too! Obviously I eat here a lot... lol Oh and the servers and manager are all so nice!! One time we had a big party of 10 but they didn't have space so they put us in their only karaoke room in the back. We wanted to watch the US Open but we couldn't figure out the TV in the room so the manager found an HDMI cable and hooked his own cellphone up to it so we could watch. How sweet?!! At the moment they only serve soju and beer but I have been told that they will start offering liquor soon :) Like I said, I don't want this place to get crowded but they deserve the business with food and service like this. I hope they stick around and become a new staple in Pal Park! PS. The menu is entirely in Korean so bring a friend who is fluent or ask the waiters for suggestions! I will definitely have to mention to them that they should make an English version of their menu. Will be back with pictures later!“

“In one sentence, Rough Draft is truly a “place to come in from the cold”. This place makes me want to write a book.

Easily some of the coziest and warmest vibes and aesthetics I’ve see in a bar in a long, long time. Very reasonable prices (plus a nice happy hour) and it really feels so classy and chic, yet not without heart and character. It’s a beautiful space with grand wall-length windows that look particularly whimsical with the bit of snow and frost left over from last night. The Christmas decorations in particular are very lovely. It’s in a beautiful part of the neighborhood, too! I love to see Hamilton Place growing like this.

The cask ale is such a fun touch, too - and they’ve got a very intentional and strong selection of draft beers, whiskeys, bourbons, and more. Great service and chill staff.

All in all, I think this makes a strong case to be one of my favorite bars in the city. I’ve only taken a few sips of my beer and felt compelled to write this. I only hope this place thrives like it deserves to as a member of the outstanding Uptown Bar community!“

“This place was down the street from my daughter's house where I was visiting and I had the pleasure of going there several times while in town for the New York Knicks parade! What an awesome atmosphere! Robert, the bartender was so inviting, and even though he had a lot going on with so many other customers, he seemed to handle everything with a smile and enthusiasm! Robert definitely made my time at The Bronx Alehouse a memorable one! No the manager Chelsea truly helped me to have a great experience and literally knew, my name upon my second visit, which made me feel at home! She also immediately exchanged my food order because I had a slight complaint about the fish tacos without blinking an eye! I will say that the 9% IPA (Unibroue La Fin Du Monde) suggested by Robert what's truly on point and my beer of choice going forward! I also had the medium bone in carolina barbecue and pineapple teriyaki chicken wings with their onion rings, and it was to die for! Then, the next day I had there habanero wings and took those back with me to Tampa, Florida! I am originally from New York City and it's people like Chelsea, Miles, Gabriel and Robert that make me proud to be a New Yorker because of their outstanding service and attention to detail and willingness to put a smile on people's face and also make their taste buds happy! Thank you guys for a great experience and I anxiously look forward to visiting you again next time I am in town!“

“Came here on a whim during happy hour, and so glad I did. The decor in this cozy bar is amazing with couches and a fireplace in the back, giving an old Irish bar feel with a modern twist, which I loved. The bartenders were amazing, drinks were balanced and very well made and affordable at only $8 for select cocktails and even less for bar snacks.

The music gave throwback vibes which created a more intimate experience for couples who are looking to come here.

Head's up, although the food is air fried, I wouldn't have been able to tell if it wasn't told to me by the bartender, it was so good! I ordered waffle fries and the Philly egg-roll which was so delicious and crispy. Service was great and bartenders were friendly even though we came on a busy night. Great experience 10/10.“

“Caught up with a friend for drinks and dinner...the place is quaint, with a great, lively vibe. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Linda, one of the bartenders. She was absolutely a joy, smiling and chatting while she served us up our drinks, then meticulously prepared the dipping oil for our warm bread. After taking our order, Linda served us two very large portions. I had a pasta dish with rigatoni that was made fresh that day. (The bar is connected to an Italian restaurant, which is a separate business, but they work seamlessly to provide customers in both establishments a terrific dining experience. The live music was fabulous, with a great mix of classic hits performed by very talented musicians. We opted not to get dessert and left with our bellies full and our hearts content. Parking was a little bit of a challenge with it being a Saturday night, but Linda informed us to use the VFW parking lot the next time around. Can't wait to check out Karaoke night on Wednesdays.
