Finally stopped in and was not disappointed. The bahn mi sandwich and sliders were delicious. The tea was refreshing, sweet and fruity but not overpowered. But the ube banana pudding was game changing. I'm already thinking of my next trip.

Really good drinks and the puddings were amazing, especially the ube one. The front cashiers were also very friendly. Good customer service is very important to me and I love when I see people making an effort to be kind and courteous. We will definitely be coming back!

Bubz Boba has the best bubble tea hands down. My favorite drink is the passionfruit jasmine tea, with lychee or strawberry jelly. The staff are always kind, courteous, and accommodating. I do like the crepes, and I'm so happy they're gluten-free, so my mother can enjoy them as well!
