“Had the 8 count of wings, 1/2 Nordy and 1/2 Teriyaki, for $11.82. Wings were barfood size small but tasted great. Just not worth the price.

“if you like good food this is the place to go. We had a little bit of everything. Highly recommend the cheese and meat board and the gnocchi is amazing. The winner of the night was the tuna and don't skip dessert. We will come back.“

“Brent was our server and he was awesome. We had a family friend from out of the country with us and we knew we'd get good service and good food but appreciated Brent's attentiveness. Noise was a lot for my older folks but a Saturday night it was hopping so it can't be a complaint when business is good.“

“This is hands down the best restaurant in NJ right now. The 8 course tasting menu is phenomenal, each dish balanced with unique flavors and texture, and beautiful plated. Our server explained each dish in detail, was extremely knowledgeable of the ingredients and dishes, and very friendly. He consistently topped off our drinks as needed and meticulously provided a new place setting for each course. The ambiance was very relaxing as we sat on the 2nd floor, with beautiful hip, modern decor. I was particularly intrigued by the faucet in the bathroom which was very unique. The overall attention to detail from the concept and design to the food and service is what sets it apart. Fine dining at its best with a relaxed atmosphere that easily compares to a Michelin star restaurant.

Free on site parking is available and it is a BYOB. A liquor store is conveniently located next door in case you forget to bring your libations.“

“Delicious food. Great service by Sydney! It started with amazing honey bread at the table. Flatbreads yum, especially the one with fig topping. Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

“I would give it a 5 star if the food was bomb but it is good. I am vegan so only judging on that and thus far tried their vegan menu and it is not disappointing. Finally, a place where the drinks 🍹 taste good and proportioned well. I would recommend this place but the only thing on weekdays they run out of stuff which is ok but, call and make sure. “New Providence Bar and Kitchen was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. We came for lunch and immediately the staff made us feel very welcome. The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. “My wife and I had Sunday brunch. I had the bulgogi skirt steak with kimchi. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium/medium rare and delicious! The kimichi was good, and the spicy cucumbers were excellent. My fried egg was cooked exactly to order. My wife had the portobello sandwich which she really enjoyed. We got the Bloody flight and all four were really tasty and very interesting. It was a busy afternoon, but our service was still fantastic, and our food was out promptly. “Last week, I was in Plainfield helping a friend with his stalled car when I had a quick interaction with one of the staff members (possibly the owner or manager), and I could immediately tell this place is run by great people. Their kindness really stood out—not only in the way they treated us but also in their generosity. It’s clear they truly care about their customers, and that kind of hospitality is rare to find these days.

My girlfriend and I decided to grab something to eat, and I’m so glad we did. We had the ribeye steak sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing! The steak was grilled perfectly, the hoagie roll was fresh, and the flavors all came together perfectly. It was exactly what we needed after a long day. The welcoming atmosphere and great food made this a memorable experience, and we’re already planning another trip to try more of their menu. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!“

I don’t like to complain because I feel like this is one of the better fast food places around, but that is my only criticism. I also had done food orders pick up and they weren’t able to manage the order process. They seem over worked and overwhelmed. I was standing there waiting patiently for my to go order once and they said they marked it as completed but I never got it. Maybe someone stole the food but I’m sure it was just a mistake. The hot honey chicken is great and the side dishes are great too. The closest thing to a home cooked meal on the go!

“It seemed like the restaurant was closed but my friends and I was able to order some drinks at the bar, then we moved to a table for dinner. Our server Dominic was very attentive and helpful. Chicken tasted a little too dry, but all the other food we ordered was amazing; especially brisket! It was so tender and tasty. Two of the desserts we ordered with a cup of cappuccino were phenomenal. We were so full after finishing the bbq combo plate, but sure did finish both of the desserts ? Food and service were absolutely outstanding we used to go to Jersey City to get food like this and it's better here I can't believe I didn't try this place earlier it's right down the street from us but I always thought it was catering only but it's not it's a regular restaurant with a bar area and everyone is so nice they have an outside tables area the parpadel was top notch I may never go anywhere else ever again!!!“

“I came here with my husband. Drinks were great. He ordered a Caesar salad and I ordered their Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich. My husband laughed because I had no idea that Nashville hot meant HOLY HOT lol. But I was not disappointed. This was the juicy, best chicken sandwich I'd had anywhere that I can recall in my 32 years.. And I worked in food service for 13 years. The service was also phenomenal. There was a rowdy bunch of younger ones at the bar that eventually got asked to leave. But she kindly let us know that we were welcome to move our table if we so desired. We are definitely coming back again.“

Although there was only one woman working the bar and trying to take care of tables alone (she was very pleasant and was doing her best) I still enjoyed my time there. I must say the special three course meal was outstanding for restaurant week. The roasted pear and arugula flatbread was outstanding and should be added to the regular menu. The entree was great and the crème brûlée dessert was exceptional. Chef Shannon came out to talk to us as we were the first customers for restaurant week to try the special menu items. He created the dishes and we let him know everything was delicious. My only complaint was they needed more staff on hand to be able to keep up with the amount of patrons.Someone finally came to assist the young lady who was working alone but she could have used two additional people when they opened. will prolly b bck again before the week is over for the special before it’s off the menu.“

“My hubs & I went here b/c I bought a Groupon for it. I was dismayed by 2 of the 3 reviews I read online; however, we were pleasntly surprized. Nice atmosphere, not noisy, attentive service. We both got meat since it was a steakhouse. Hubs got filet mignon; I got rib steak. Tasty and presented nicely. White tablecloths cinched a pleasant nite out. only 4 stars b/c I thought it was a bit expensive if we did not have the groupon.... I think we might return....“

He began talking politics. We were polite but he truly put a damper on our night out. I don't care what party you support, pushing your politics on customers you don't know is offensive and bad business! Reading other reviews on Google, I see he's done this to others. We won't be returning and will spread the word to avoid going there.“
