Ran into this food truck Saturday at Costco in Lawrenceville/Princeton area. The guys are so cool. We ordered the beef and cheese empanadas, they were so good. They were so juicy. The gentleman taking the order gave us a sample of the arroz con gandules for us try, man it was delicious!! I will definitely track them down to order again!!! If you see this truck, make sure you stop and order, you won’t be sorry!!

Some of the best food and customer service I’ve had in a long time, coming from a food service guy myself. One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself was making my way over here. Bang for your buck like no other, chicken is moist, their signature sauce goes on everything, Mac and cheese, maduros, rice were all great. And the jerk chicken empanadas got me thinking they got my Jamaican auntie in that truck cooking lowkey you gotta try it.
