I’ve been eating from these guys since 2019, when the owner and his wife were selling empanadas outside of Momentum Solar in Plainfield. To see their growth is amazing. Food is amazing also. Can’t wait for them to get a restaurant
My husband has been dying to try this food truck for a while and it did not disappoint! The portions are huge and the rice and Maduro were cooked perfectly. (Very Happy PR tonight) The Garlic Chicken and Fried Shrimp were delicious and the empanadas were the best we have ever had. The guys in the truck were super friendly and appreciative! Can’t wait to go back and try the Oxtail Empanada! They were out which mean they must be as delicious or even more than the others!...
First time visiting and they did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and gave advice on what items to choose as a first timer. We chose the Garlic fried chicken bowl and added a beef and 2 jerk chicken empanadas EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS! A perfect blend of Puerto Rican and Soul Food seasoned perfectly! We were happy to support this local business and will be returning soon!
