Beware of the shrimp. Extra 4$ for the tiniest fried out shrimp. Less than half hour later I am experiencing terrible stomach cramps. I would not use fresh to describe anything I ate from the wilted spinach to the dusty shrimp. I used to come here all the time when I worked nearby. I don’t know what’s changed, but it’s never been the same.

I used Art of Salad to cater a workshop event at my home rental. The food was fresh and delicious. Arrived on time as per request. The manager was easy to communicate with and followed instructions perfectly. Will be using again! Great job!

My boyfriend recently treated me to Art of Salad for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the falafel salad, but it was utterly overwhelmed by excessive feta cheese. The cheese was so overpowering that I couldn’t taste the lettuce or cucumber. It made the entire dish incredibly sour, and the feta was unpleasant—borderline inedible.
I also ordered half of the chicken pesto sandwich, another letdown. The chicken tasted like it had been frozen for ages, almost like it had been stuck in a time capsule from the dinosaur era. It was cold, flavorless, and just sad. To make things worse, the sweet potato chips that came with the meal were burnt to a crisp, so much so that they were brownish-black. They were utterly unpalatable.
For what was supposed to be a simple salad and sandwich combo, the meal cost nearly $20 with a tip. For both combos, it was almost 50 with a tip. It was such a waste of money, time, and energy. I was incredibly disappointed, and I definitely won’t be returning.

I’m leaving another review as a response to the restaurant for calling me a jerk (please see below if you don’t believe me). I paid $17 for a salad with extra toppings and received mostly Romaine with barely any of the toppings. The salad was also dry. I placed the order for pickup so I was unable to see what I was receiving. So yes, the one star is justified and judging from the other reviews, I’m not the only one with this issue. So instead of calling me or referring to me as a jerk why not take into consideration my feedback and change what most of your clients are complaining about? Calling your customers jerks is “not cool". Not giving people what they pay for is “not cool”.
Final Response: Absolutely, I am, and anyone who shares their experience about your business is a “mean jerk” lol. Just so you know, I have every right to share my experience(s), and as a business owner, you should know this and simply step up your game. It's not an attack. I’m not interested in any offers if you’re going to insult me, or try to anyway, while trying to make things “right” (which is why I declined to email you)—that really shows your true colors! How many times do your customers have to voice their concerns before you get it right? I appreciate the well wishes thought! :)

Over the years this place has change so much. Tables are dirty. Floors are dirty. Dirty walls. Dusty place. My pesto chicken sandwich was half warm meaning in the outside it was warm and inside cold. The sweet potato chips that it came with were very sad and disappointing and BURNT! Or either fried in dirty oil. Very sad honestly.
Everyone behind the counter were just having a good time and somewhat working. But tables needed to be cleaned as well as floors.
If they are going to charge so much then Make sure this place is kept to part. Never again and I rather get a salad from next door franks.

Yo lemme tell you 'bout this spot right here, it's straight fire! I came here about a month ago and my Boi Muhomed hooked me up with the BBQ salad and it was mad fire! . Highly recommend 10/10. He loaded up that salad fr! The staff is mad friendly, hookin' you up with fire salads. Overall if you lookin' for a spot with bomb salads, dope vibes, and killer service from my boi this is the spot !!

I love this place. The most important take-away is that after you select what you want in the salad, it is tossed and chopped into bite size pieces. The enables you to get a variety of toppings in every bite. I was so disappointed with Saladworks. Large hungs making everything fall off the plate onto the table.

I ordered the salmon wrap with sweet potato chips. I thought it was good.
You know how you give a place multiple chances and ignore others horrible experiences?? They didn’t have change of my $100 bill (it’s 2 PM) and they threw away the salad after making it for me. I had $12 in small bills but that wasn’t enough and they rather throw the food away. Left disgusted
Update: I did not originally include that the “multiple chances” referred to above were due to the poor quality of the salads I received. Double check your lettuce. I agree with the previous negative reviews. Ask my coworkers. Gave you another chance. When I told your worker (who has been there for years) I guess I am not coming back here, she responded “good”. Small business should have better customer service not this!

I took my daughter for lunch here and was instantly greeted with super friendly service. We had Sam help us out and she was very patient with my daughter as she ordered. The food was delicious and we will definitely return here soon!

Honor your hours. Google says the place closes at 9 pm. Arrived 8:20 and drove over a bridge just to be told they closed at 8pm.
