“I personally know, not think, this was the best experience I’ve ever had. The workers here made me feel so comfortable. I am from Georgia and it was my mom’s birthday and they were playing Georgian songs before her cake came. About the cake, desserts, and food it was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend !”

“I can honestly say the food is absolutely amazing. The best Indian restaurant I have tried in the USA and the service is absolutely excellent The server her name is Veronica. She was so helpful as I am from London. She made our experience amazing definitely coming back.”
“Private party in traditional presentation of a Kamayan feast (max 35 persons) for my milestone birthday. You meet with Chef Maricel herself to plan the menu and set-up (seating, music, and service). She was very accommodating for one guest who is allergic to soy sauce — a staple ingredient in Asian cooking. She prepared a separate meal for him. She made all my favorite Filipino dishes including Lechon (the best I’ve eaten!), grilled chicken inasal, fried tilapia, chicken adobo, and beef Caldereta (my husband’s favorite). I also recommend her crispy shrimp balls as an appetizer and pancit molo soup. Chef Maricel came out to present the Lechon and explained its significance in Filipino celebrations. The succulent pork and crackling were then added to the other dishes laid out on banana leaves. Dessert included turon and leche flan. The mango birthday cake was beautiful and delicious. We chose their beverage package that included non-alcoholic sangria, soda, coffee and hot tea. BYOB: Guests added pinot Grigio or prosecco to their glasses of sangria. Maricel’s Kitchen is a restaurant on the weekends and a cooking studio during the week where she teaches classes live on YouTube. The studio’s computer equipment set-up provided an opp for my family to project a slide show of photos from my life that guests watched during dinner. Our daughter led 3 birthday games between dinner and dessert where Chef Maricel’s cookbook and gift cards were the prizes. She signed each cookbook. Such a memorable evening!”

“1st and last time coming here. With the price of the buffet you would think they will have more food selections. The food was nasty, cold and dry. The hibachi was closed and the steak they did make and put out was cold, tough and been sitting out for a while. Crabs were cold and small they were stingy with putting everything out in small portions. Didn't have any snow crabs like they advertise. The bubble tea was free so my children didn't know upon leaving we had to pay for it. The rude receptionist ran and chased us down out the door and snatched them out my kids hands. If she wasn't so rude i would of went back to pay for them. I spent a total of $267 including $40 tip for nasty buffet and service. False advertising on social media made me come here. Never again”

“We went on a Thursday. Happy hour wine for me and Sagria for my friend. Quite a few appetizers for $9 but we didn't try those. We opted for Burrata shared plate and a Pepperoni Flatbread. The Burrata plate was delicious, came with sliced baguette and pesto and a hummus drizzle on the plate for dipping. The Pepperoni Flatbread was thin crust with hot honey, very tasty however could have been baked a little longer, Service was excellent.”

“We had lunch on Saturday afternoon. I would rate the food as pretty good, and better than Red Lobster which is right across Rt. 18. However the presentation of the food leaves a good deal to be desired. They serve on paper strays with plastic spoons. Paper would be fine if it was of a higher / thicker quality. The plastic utensils would also be fine if they weren’t of the kiddie party variety. The We had soft shelled crab, fried shrimp and catfish with boiled Cajun pototes and French fries. All of the food was good, neither over cooked not undercooked. The soft shell carb was pretty good. What was annoying was that the (soupy) boiled potato(s) side dish was served in a Saran Wrap baggie tied in a knot and put in the same paper tray with the fried soft shell crab. It was hard to tear it open without spilling the contents all over the table. However the side dish potatoes were good. The problem was the plating. The French fries were also good, neither overcooked nor undercooked and tender. While the food is good you and the restaurant is decently decorated, you get the impression that they have a very very tight budget for necessities as in utensils, plates and trays. Nevertheless we will eat there again or have their food delivered. They do not have a delivery service so you must use Uber or Doordash.”

“Long time patrons but Blue Water has gone downhill over the last several years as far as seafood choices and food taste. Seafood Fra Diavolo ordered medium was tasteless and calamari were the Shop n Stop frozen rings. Key Lime pie slice the size for a mouse maybe and tasteless, no presentation like back in the day. Another “ former “ old time patron sitting next to us was furious as his swordfish was maybe 1/4” thick. We both agreed never to visit Blue Water again. We both remembered when it was the best ! My spouse and I were customers when the place would be packed now 4 tables only at 6:30pm ( guessing others feel the same) and long gone is the special menu had lobster cakes, halibut, monk fish , red snapper etc. Sadly and honestly not even better than a pizza restaurant but 3x the price. Bye Blue Water Seafood .”

“I read some of these reviews and the first thing that came to mind was, "first world problems." Perhaps it is because I used to be homeless, I cannot understand the mentality of criticizing food that is so easy to obtain and so quickly prepared by people who work very hard and very long for so little pay.
The employees did their job here. They promptly prepared the order, didn't mess a single thing up and neatly packed it into plastic containers for my door dasher to pick up. They put in my extra sauce too. I see no reason to complain. Are there better wings at different restaurants? Of course. Is that a reason to be ungrateful? No! Not every restaurant is going to have the "best" anything. Someone will like it regardless, and I do! I ordered 22 boneless wings with the flavors of Buffalo and spicy pineapple teriyaki (I believe that's the name). Clearly I finished my meal before I could take a photo of it.
This is value for money, and that's what it's about. Each wing is priced at $1/piece and there's nothing wrong with the flavor or the consistency. The fries were on point too and well seasoned. I don't need them to be crispy like Ritz crackers, I'm just happy I don't feel hungry anymore.
And even if the adults are too picky, the kids will love these wings and fries.”

“The food is 4 stars as a hotel restaurant. Food was just ok ... some good, some mediocre. I was staying next door at the Residence Inn so this was really the only place that was within a short/medium walk. I went a second time without hesitation. The third night i didnt really want to, but wanted to drive even less. App portions were huge. Calamari was ok. Bbq chicken wings were great, sweet chili wings were not good. Quesadilla was really good (super greasy from all the cheese) Chicken sandwich was really good. Chicken Caesar was good but a bit too much dressing. Creme brule was very disappointing. Had low expectations for a hotel resto ... it beat them, but only by a little.”

“Had an amazing dining experience at N Thai Palace, a family-owned restaurant serving authentic Thai cuisine since 2012! From the comforting Tom Yum Soup and crispy vegetable spring rolls to the flavorful basil fried rice and shrimp pad Thai, every bite was incredible. The highlight? Their coconut fried ice cream! Trust me, it’s worth a trip just for dessert. It was great meeting Syed, the owner, who shared how they can customize dishes without onions and garlic—a perfect option for those who are Jain or Swaminarayan. The restaurant was buzzing with happy diners, and now I see why. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“Cones & Crepes is a beautiful dessert spot in East Brunswick. My kids love this place. They can’t get enough of it.
Their crêpes are made fresh to order, with a great selection of toppings and fillings, from classic Nutella and strawberries to more decadent options. The ice cream and milkshakes are also a hit—rich, creamy, and full of flavor.
There are also other shops and restaurants in the campus.Whenever we come in this area to eat this has to be the dessert place.”

“I went to Dave's for the first time yesterday 7/5. We ordered through the kiosk. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. Even though it was very busy. I got the x men box. The food was good. I got the mild chicken slider. Mild was the right amount of heat for me. Hot but not to hot. One thing I'll note, each meal does not come with a drink. This is very puzzling. Other than that, we will definitely be back.”

“This is a convenient little coffee bar in the hotel. There aren't any coffee makers in rooms and the restaurant's kitchen is not open until noon so it is the only option for coffee and breakfast. The coffee was good and the service was great, though not staffed for large orders or a line. Food options are limited.
There is only the lobby seating as this shares the same counter as the check in desk, so need to take it to your room or find a table in another part of the lobby to sit, or near the bar if that's allowed. The lobby is quite lovely.

“9/14/25 - NFL Sundays are made for pizza. So we did take out from Mancini's Pizza in East Brunswick, NJ. \n\nWe sat outside while they prepared our order --- one large Sicilian and one large pepperoni. The friendly and helpful staff even tapped on the window to let us know our order was ready. Yes, the restaurant is crowded and does a brisk business which is another good sign.\n\nThe pepperoni is a neopolitan style and a bit on the thinner side. The sauce is absolutely incredible. The cheese is clearly premium. The pie is perfectly prepared and the Italian spices are noticeable with each bite. They use thicker pepperoni slices which I really enjoyed. The big disappointment here is the slices are not very crispy and are very limp. When you pick one up, unfortunately, everything slides right off. It doesn't make it taste bad but its annoying nonetheless. \n\nThe Sicilian slice was by far my favorite. It has that fermented Sicilian crust flavor and when you add their spectacular sauce and premium cheese, it is Sicilian pizza nirvana. The crust is crispy and not dry at all. Great care is taken here paying attention to every detail of this masterpiece. \n\nThe prices here are not friendly for the budget conscious diners. But if you want quality, you have to pay for it.\n\nOverall Rating: A-”

“These bagels were, in fact, amazing! I couldn't decide and went for the sesame. Both sides were covered, so bonus if you're like me and eat a bagel half at a time. I also got the veggie cream cheese. Delicious. Maybe less stuff mixed in, but great flavor. The apple turnover was also delicious. A good amount of filling and not too messy, but still flaky.
We stopped by around 9AM, so everything was still fresh. My only regret is i didn't get an extra bagel to go. I'll be back.”

“I ate here a few years ago - don't recall my whole meal but i remember it was good - love mint chuntey. The manager / staff was friendly. The space is small but organized and clean. Recently i ordered through uber eats - they had a buy one get one free promo on the chicken tikka. I also got a few orders of garlic naan. The chicken tikka with rice was good - moist chicken, good flavor and not too spicy. However the garlic naan was disappointing - it was a tad bit salty but mostly the bread was flat and dense - it should be a little more fluffy with a nice chew. Hope they read this and improve it - would give it another try.”

“9/5/25 - It's about time that I did a review on my go to pizza place in East Brunswick, NJ. It's called Michelangelo's Pizza. Through the years, if anyone asked me for a recommendation for pizza, I would ask you what style you preferred. And if your answer was thick neopolitan, I sent you here.\n\nI grew up on Staten Island and my favorite pizza shop was Al's Pizza (RIP) on the corner of Jewett Ave and Victory Blvd. That's the same style I grew up eating. That's what I prefer. But I do enjoy other types as well. Michelangelo's reminds me of Al's very much.\n\nThe pizza at Michelangelo's is thick, hearty and heavy. Tonight, we ordered one plain and one pepperoni. \n\nThe plain is thick and chewy. It has a small crunch to it. The outer crust is thick and chewy with a light crunch as well. It is not dry at all. The cheese tastes premium and there is plenty of it for you cheese lovers. For me, the star here is the sauce. The pie is generously sauced which I absolutely love. You would think a pie this thick would be droopy, but it surprisingly stands up pretty well. And if it does droop a little, the cheese is so abundant that it holds it together and nothing slides off. \n\nThe pepperoni has all the same traits. The difference here is the pepperoni adds a lot of grease which I'm not crazy about. I dont believe it's the pie makers fault as pepperoni gives off a lot of grease when cooked.\n\nI love the staff here. Friendly and competent. I am always greeted by my first name which is appreciated. \n\nThere's been some happenings here recently which led me to believe there were issues with the business. It was closed for 8 days without any indication as to why. The phone was also disconnected. Finally on day 4, I saw a sign on the door in the distance but I was late for a ballgame and didn't have time to stop and read it. \n\nIt's such a good pie that I hope they have resolved the issues permanently whatever they may have been.\n\nOverall Rating: A-”
