“The best small sushi place in the East Brunswick area! The waitress is a sweet heart and their all very friendly. The food is amazing and the price is super great. I personally recommend the Bento Box or the large platter if you have a big party.”

“Lost count of how many times I’ve been here, but I speak for every visit by saying that the food quality and quantity is always great. Nice d pensive selection of meats for the hot pot and the grill.The only thing I would heavily suggest is anticipating long wait times during weekends and holidays, and reservations can only be made with at least 8 people if I’m not mistaken. Otherwise, it’s a great bang for your buck and the food quality also justifies any time and any day of the week”

“We received a dinner with my husband at this restaurant as a gift from the owner Georgiy, as we won a lottery from the Charity Event through US Stands with Ukraine.We were greeted with friendliness and warmth. We have tried a lot of different traditional Georgian food that we enjoyed. My top favorite was Khachapuri Imeruli.We also enjoyed club music that put us into dancing. The atmosphere was spacious and nice. We look forward to visiting again.”

“Classic American Chinese. Really not a lot else to say. I think they are still consistent after all these years. My dad's favorite is that they expertly wrap the mushu pancakes for you into the perfect little pockets of chinese deliciousness. Service is very friendly.”

“Went on Saturday Sept 9th for a Birthday celebration we go about 6 times a year or more for specials celebrations or just for a good dinner out. I have been going there for about 8 yrs now & total over 30 times or so & never had a bad experience. The food is amazing each & every time & the staff is always great & kind & very friendly. I love this place & will be going back again & again like we been doing for yrs now.”

“Great seafood, cooked to perfection. We came here with local friends on a cold, wet evening and were the only diners, which made for a strange atmosphere. I'm sure it would be even better with more people. The service was good and the portions are generous. The stuffed scallops with risotto were delicious! We didn't look at the dessert menu as we had eaten enough, 3 shared appetisers between 4 and an entree each.”

“I ordered online, picked up my food in about 20 minutes. Everything was ready. The app had the option for cash payment. I did that without a hitch. Customer service was excellent. Nice and clean inside. I received a confirmation call and email when I completed my order.”

“The food is 4 stars as a hotel restaurant. Food was just ok ... some good, some mediocre. I was staying next door at the Residence Inn so this was really the only place that was within a short/medium walk. I went a second time without hesitation. The third night i didnt really want to, but wanted to drive even less. App portions were huge. Calamari was ok. Bbq chicken wings were great, sweet chili wings were not good. Quesadilla was really good (super greasy from all the cheese) Chicken sandwich was really good. Chicken Caesar was good but a bit too much dressing. Creme brule was very disappointing. Had low expectations for a hotel resto ... it beat them, but only by a little.”

“Updated - 4/19/24:My previous 3-star review was based on a couple of poor experiences here - where in one case, the bartender didn't mention the "upgrade" to my Happy Hour beer special she offered would not be a Happy Hour price.Fast forward to now (that was 6 years ago) - and the staff, food, and beer selection are great.Why not 5 stars? The veggie flatbread from 6 years ago was (in my opinion) better than their current offering - it seems they changed the recipe and I personally preferred the old recipe.Other than that - Bar Louie is a beautiful bar/restaurant, with a nice, big bar, good food offerings and a better-than-average beer selection and a good place to grab a drink and a bite in the area.”
