“First time ordering from Brunswick Bagels and Deli and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. Nice portion size and it was still hot when we got it and very tasty. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese with hash brown off the grill. It came on a bagel. Will be ordering again. My only complaint if I had one is we ordered hash browns with our breakfast sandwiches and when we got our order we didn't see them in the bag. However, upon opening our sandwiches, we saw the hash brown in the middle of our sandwiches. This wasn't a huge deal since it tasted pretty good in the sandwich but should be listed clearly that it comes inside your sandwich in the menu options.“
“The morning and midday crew members are friendly and awesome. The evening crew, not so much. One guy always tries to rip me off, says my app isn't working and I don't get the discount this time. What? So I insist and won't leave until he corrects it but he gets aggravated. Poor customer service.“
“There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“
“03/04/2024 Update:I am updating my previous review (down below) to include the experience I had yesterday. My experience started out really bad yesterday but then Carol, the Manager, made it right. Carol was super sweet today and we came to an understanding that the problem wasn’t that my drink was made wrong, but the attitude of the girl serving me was the issue. Carol made it very clear that she cares about her team and customers. I loved the way Carol was so enthusiastic about making her Baristas better and how she truly understands the meaning of excellent customer service. I can tell that Carol really values her customers and is striving to make this Starbucks location better. I left Starbucks yesterday with a very “bad taste” in my mouth and was pretty much done with this location but after speaking with Carol today I feel much better. I will give this location another chance and continue to get my daily caffeine fix here when convenient. I love the convenience of this Starbucks location and really hope that this location turns itself around. Thank you Carol!(Previous review) Well, this is the second time I’ve been treated rudely at this Starbucks. For some reason, when I mobile order and pickup my drink inside the store, the girls there are freaking rude as hell. This morning I went, I walked up to the counter and said good morning. She didn’t respond. I said good morning again a little louder, still no response and she’s looking right at me. I yelled good morning just to make sure she could hear me and still she just kept looking directly over my shoulder and didn’t say a word...just COMPLETELY ignoring me. Plus my drink was sitting on the counter in front of her. She was only using one hand and could have used the other to hand me my drink but she just refused. I asked for the manager. Manager walked over and handed me my drink. And no, they were not busy I was the only person near the front of the counter. The last time I went, same freaking story except it was a white girl with an attitude. I asked her if that was my drink on the counter and without even looking she said NOPE. I asked her again to please check and she said no it wasn’t mine and that I have to wait. I could clearly see my name on the cup. I asked a manager to please hand me my drink. SAME freaking story both times. WTH?!?! I go to Starbucks EVERY FREAKING DAY sometimes twice a day and the staff at my usual location knows my name when I walk in the door they always have my drink ready. I am very dissatisfied with the East Brunswick Location.“
“I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding, “I was so pleased with the service I received from a young gentleman I believe named Marwan. He went up and beyond to help me pick a drink and even took the time to go into details of what was in the drink even on such a busy day I was truly blessed that he took his time and helped me.“
“Solid McDonald's location. It's clean, plenty of seating, and decent service. The only minor annoyance is that they are more focused on the drive thru. Depending on the employee, you could get a smaller soft serve ice cream size too. However, they provide a good overall experience.“

“I like this Dunkin’. The location is excellent. Service quality is fantastic too. Perhaps they have a very good manager here. I get hot coffee from here rather than McDonalds because they make it hot. after the infamous lawsuit McD serves their coffee lukewarm!! The drive in entrance is perhaps the most weird in all of New Jersey!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Very few/none are vegan.“
“This was my first time visiting Duck Donut's so the person at the register welcomed me, spent lots of time going through the menu, asking questions about my preferences, and making recommendations. He was so kind and helpful (Receipt says his name is S_King)! My donuts were prepared quickly and they were so fresh and delicious. I really love the maple glaze and highly recommend any donut that comes with it.“
