I first discovered the latte through a social media post a few weeks ago, and now Brewed Awakening has become my go-to spot every Sunday for a relaxing meal. The service is always warm and welcoming. Annie, the owner, often makes an appearance on the floor, either serving or checking in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their visit. Her kindness and genuine hospitality make the experience even more special. I highly recommend stopping by Brewed Awakening for a delicious meal and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. “I love having a Dominican bakery so close. Everything we’ve had there has been FABULOUS!!! Honestly, some of the best coconut macaroons I have ever had and that includes ones I’ve had in DR. I had a coconut tree leches cake, and a strawberry short cake cup, which were both out of this world. The cold brew is so good, and the pumpkin sauce is on point. They’re also super friendly. Next time I need to try the pastelitos (empanadas).“

We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. They do take a long time to prepare, but just a little bit of recyclable packaging, the fresh clean air in the space, and the absolutely beautiful presentation of the drinks really make it feel like a special visit. “This place is beautiful. Most of the sandwiches contain ham, so there isn’t much variety for vegetarians or people looking for halal food.
Today, I used the restroom. It was very clean; however, there was no soap to wash my hands. The soap dispensers were empty and filled with water.

During this summer I made some dietary adjustments to help enhance and maintain current healthy lifestyle and decided to get a reward membership.
