“I will base my 5 star rating on 2 things that I find most important for a walk-in Dunkin' Donuts. First, the coffee quality is always on point; I have always gotten a correct order with fresh tasting ingredients. #2, pun intended, the restrooms here are spotless, to the point where I almost felt bad using it. I took good care to make sure I left it clean. I usually visit this location on weeknights.“

“This is a good DUnkin Donuts. The staff is friendly, but doesn't speak much English. But, most Dunkin Donuts seem to be like that. At least the ones, I've been to. The barista, didn't seem to know the menu, very well, and was asking her co-worker, about everything I asked for. Still, the barista was friendly. I got a vanilla donut, and the donut, was perfectly baked, and the icing was good. I also got a frozen hot chocolate. The frozen hot chocolate was nice and thick., but the same time milky, and had a nice chocolate flavor. This was a good Dunkin Donuts with good food, and nice service.“

“This is one of the best smoothies I have had in a while. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a good smoothie. It’s very accessible if you are and RU student. As soon as the smoothie went down my throat I immediately smiled with a satisfaction. I 100% vouch for this place. The owner is a great mean. Customer service is amazing.“

“This was my first time having a mochinut and it was absolutely delightful!!! Their taro mochinut has been my favorite flavor so far. The texture is sooo good. It's both chewy like mochi and doughy like a donut, the perfect mixture of both! Not too heavy and not too sweet. And their variety of flavors is amazing and unique! I can't wait to go back and have some more. I can tell the staff there work hard to pump out all these donuts and with such quality too! Please keep doing what you're doing!“

“I cannot get enough of this place! Not only do they have amazing protein donuts, amazing protein shakes, amazing protein coffee and teas but the owners are AMAZING! 10/10 would highly recommend. “This is locate in Lotte supermarket in the food court all the way to the left when you enter. Plenty of parking out front for the store. You order donuts at the counter and the service is super fast. I got the ube mochi donut and it was pretty good! Love the chewy texture and ube flavor. They also have super interesting breaded hot dog and/or mozzarella stick options (like Cheetos, ramen, or potato!). Will definitely need to come back to try those.“

“We've only had the donuts here. They were really good. We make a trip once a year to get our Hanukkah donuts box. It's always a special treat for the family. Now they've opened a new spot closer to us (East Brunswick), so we'll be eating them more often! Will edit this to add a picture when I remember to take one before we eat them all. :)“

“Too good to go...Today I received five assorted pastries and a whole loaf of pre-sliced bread. I am forever mesmerized at the assortment that I get each time I go there. “This was my first time visiting Duck Donut's so the person at the register welcomed me, spent lots of time going through the menu, asking questions about my preferences, and making recommendations. He was so kind and helpful (Receipt says his name is S_King)! My donuts were prepared quickly and they were so fresh and delicious. I really love the maple glaze and highly recommend any donut that comes with it.“

“Was pretty much at this Dunkin all day on New Years Eve and the girl with the red hair and the musical Theatre major who were working were both super nice!! They told me their names and I forgot unfortunately. They both need raises!!! Loved them.“

“Go-to dunkin when I'm at my boyfriends. Not the closest one to his house, but DEFINITELY the better one. There are two closer ones, but we would rather drive a little farther to go to the one that gets your order right and where the food/drinks are good then go to the other ones.“

“This bakery is underrated, reasonably priced, the cake for our shower was delicious, moist, very fresh, large and not artificially sweet. Guests loved it and we'll definitely be back to order more cakes for special occasions. Thank you!“

“Just popped in here to get a "to good to go" order and everything was fantastic. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a sweet older gentleman. They have a few tables you can sit and eat at and a good selection of treats. Can't wait to go back!“

“I really appreciate how well your servers listened to me. I’m from New York and every time I order my tea, I get burned. Customer service is so good here that I didn’t experience that in my visit to this location. I think this is the server number 201589, she’s on really nice and attentive.“

“I regularly pass a closer DD to go to this one. The customer service is their strength. They make friendly conversation with lots of their regulars including me. Every now & again I'll get a cold dark roast but they always correct the issue like any customer oriented establishment. I recommend this Dunkin.“

“Nice place with the most attractive staff of all time, there is always a very long line here and it's all people who are waiting in line to look at the attractive staff and how attractive they are, the coffee is ok but people mostly come here to enjoy the view of the workers that's it.“

“This branch is my first time ever having Dunkin coffee in the USA. I came to the USA last year and ever since i had a connection with this Dunkin' donuts branch. I don't know why i like this branch. Since i was living here in Edison alone that's why when i saw all the known faces of the employees I felt good. “Hi,I usually don't post reviews but just wanted to post my lovely experience with Amy from this Dunkin Donuts.I had placed an order on doordash from this dunkin that got delivered but it was incorrect. So I called this Dunkin and spoke to Amy. I did a redelivery for my initial order. Amy called me to tell me she was putting an extra drink and hashbrowns in my order and apologized for the inconvenience caused.I thought this was a real kind gesture and excellent customer service on her part.
