“Dunkin refresher enjoyers beware. Its bad enough Dunkin upped their points system by 100 point a while back but the refresher orders are getting out of hand. I have ordered my large refresher, different seasonal flavors, for years now. Recently when ordering my usual, a little more concentrate & a little less ice with green tea, I am told by the drive thru girl that the price I will be charged is an extra $4, making my 1 large refresher an $8.49 purchase. For 1 drink!!! I have questioned the store manger, Miguel, he is most unhelpful at times, hit or miss with him. He stated that the price of everything has gone up and that the charge is correct. This I tested 3 weeks in a row and each time I was given an extra charge. Needless to say I would then order the drink as made. My last visit 2 days ago, all of a sudden, no comments and no extra charge so we will see going forward. By the way, no other Dunkin that I have gone to has even mentioned an extra charge and I have been to at least 3 other stores during this time. Another thing, the drive thru girls and some of the staff have changed making things less accommodating and longer to get thru the line and back on the road. Recently when ordering 1 large refresher and 1 medium ice coffee, I have gotten the reverse, a medium refresher and a large coffee. I was charged for larges when ordering mediums and vice versa. I was told every time that the drive thru girl heard me say the sizes correctly and I must've been mistaken. How can that be?!? Just take a little accountability. One last issue is with the snackin bacon. One day its maple the next its black pepper and hot or cold crispy or fatty or any combo there of is at your own risk, it changes as much as the weather. Only 8 strips now per package, no more full package of bacon, lol. All in all was my favorite store and still is the most convenient for me but have been going across route 18 to Starbucks for their refreshers, sorry Dunkin but looking forward to some better summer refresher flavors coming soon. Has anyone had similar issues?“

“Whoever made my iced matcha latte with three pumps of caramel and almond milk on 1/13/26 at around 8-8:15pm honestly made my day. I was disappointed because they were out of croissants but that matcha made me forget all about it. I really wish whoever made it could make mine every time.“
“Hot coffee, latte with caramel and vanilla, hash browns, avocado toast, cold brews are some of my favourites at Dunkin. This one is just off NJ turnpike and an ideal pitstop before major exits like Staten Island / Verrazano or Newark airport. The plaza though enforces 2 hours only parking. So plan accordingly.“

“Such a delicious stop to get some hot, fresh donuts. They have a good variety to choose from. Got a 6 pack of donuts and some donut holes. I will definitely be stopping in when I am back that way. I would recommend trying this if you are in the area“

“Delicious, and exciting. Got 2 potatoe crusted cheese sticks, like nothing I've ever had before, 6 doughnuts, and me and my wife chose to eat them outside out of respect, because of the noises we made being something inbetween giddy excitement and sexual gratification.Delicious will be back.“

“I've tried a couple of mochi donuts here and they are all amazing! Not too sweet and the flavors all hit the mark. I've recently stopped by and noticed they had Christmas themed donuts, which is think is so cute, they would be great to bring to a party or to gift to someone.“

“I recently discovered Good Vibes Cafe in Fords, NJ, and it has quickly become our go-to spot. John and Angelica, the owners, create an atmosphere that is not only friendly but genuinely welcoming. Every visit feels like a warm, positive experience. My son and I have spent countless enjoyable hours at the cafe, often hanging out with their wonderful daughter Jade. The teas and shakes are a delight, offering a refreshing and diverse selection. The ambiance is just perfect for relaxing and unwinding. And let's talk about the donuts – they are out of this world! The flavors are unique, and the freshness is unbeatable. Each bite feels like a little piece of heaven. Good Vibes Cafe is more than just a place to grab a drink or snack; it's an experience filled with warmth, great company, and, of course, fantastic treats. If you're in Fords, NJ, do yourself a favor and soak in the good vibes at this exceptional cafe.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“
