“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

“The best Dunkin near me thank you for giving me my Ice black coffee with no ice. Unlike the other Dunkin in Plainfield that is 7-10 minutes away from this one that said it was against policy to give me no ice…. and that was the only Dunkin that refuses it in New Jersey.“

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

“I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.“

“This Dunkin is right behind my house and I couldn't be happier with them.. guaranteed I'm there like every single day and I never change my order so more than half of the workers already know me so when I get to the speaker they already know LOL. And honestly usually drive throughs are really slow they happen to be the fastest I've ever seen so far. Especially in the morning when I'm running late to work sometimes they're pretty quick. “Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. Food was good and for once the coffee tastes fresh. I cannot say the same for most Dunkin’s I have visited but this Dunkin left a refreshing taste of coffee in my mouth.“

“This is only Dunkin I prefer to go. Staff is friendly, and make the food right. I mean it’s sandwiches, how can anyone screw up making a sausage egg n cheese. The ladies behind the counter always provide some munchkins to my daughter. I avoid ordering thru the app coz they all mess up the order everywhere. “Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“
