Dunkin' is a clean and well-lit restaurant, but the service speed can vary. On one visit, a bacon egg & cheese on a croissant and a Medium Iced Brown Butter Toffee Latte were quickly prepared, with friendly and attentive staff. However, on other occasions, the drive-thru was faster, but the latte preparation wasn't as consistent. The staff is generally nice and the drive-through experience is usually quick. The person in charge occasionally doesn't smile and might take longer to attend to customers, particularly when the drive-thru is busy.
