I don't like to give low ratings or poor reviews but I was actually shocked at the poor customer service at this location, especially given the fact that I used to be a Starbucks barista and I know the customer service requirements for coffee shops. Before I continue, I'd like to say that I have no other complaints. This is a wonderful Dunkin' on Laurence Harbor. The staff is super friendly and nice. The manager Sophia is so warm and welcoming. Very pleasant and attentive. She makes sure your order is perfect.Parking: Lots of available parking spots.

Out of the DD's in the general area this one is the "Cream" of the crop. Only issue I've ever had with this one was.... uh... oh wait no issues at this one. Others yes, but not THIS location. Don't go to the one down the road by Home Depot... THAT one isn't good like this one.
