I haven't been to Wendy's in a few years, I figured since it was completely remodeled and clean I will give it a shot ....I wish I never went inside, everything was dirty , windows are filthy, the floors are super sticky , soda dispenser dirty, counters tops sticky, the person that took my order is handling money and as she hands me my soda cup she grabs it from the inside of my cup ...staff needs to be trained on how to handle food and keep the place clean . New upgraded restaurant is very clean and nice
Cashier takes your money and also touches your food. Cross contamination.. when I asked for the manager she is aware she asked me if I want my money back or remake the food.. how are you knowing aware that he taking money and making food with the same gloves and allowing it unless someone calls you out. Disgusting!

The management is encouraged to hire more staff to improve overall service and ensure better quality. Despite some issues, the restaurant continues to serve good food with dedicated staff who appreciate patience and gratitude. The food has fallen off, with soggy buns and chicken that looked and tasted like dried out cardboard. Fries had too much salt, and the cookie was too sweet. The service was so-so. Olivia is the nicest most genuine drive thru girl, a much needed change with better people manning the registers and taking orders.
