“Recommended to us, which we are glad for - as we would have never walked in on our own. Visited for a late lunch. The entire menu is dynamic and unique. The portion sizes are small by NY standards but were how we really should eat - reminiscent of how it is in Italy.The 17yr old waitress we had was extremely professional, attentive & overall very pleasant.The thing I would comment on is the ambiance (think ice cream shop (way too bright) lighting and diner type furnishings) does not match the high quality of their food.We had one glass of wine, a soda, beef carpaccio appetizer, truffle gnocchi & osso bucco, one dessert & a cup of tea. $160 after tip.Would return to try other entrees for the delicious food & great service. “It's inside a very nice little locals bar, but definitely welcoming to everyone. Staff and patrons are very nice. They have a small selection of beer but good choices, seemed to have decent liquor selection as well. They also have a little section to purchase for home. We got a couple voodoo rangers, which is our regular anyway, so it was nice to see it on tap. We ordered the salt n vinegar fries and they were ??? can't wait to go back and try other stuff. The whole menu sounded delicious and the glorious aromas from the kitchen was tempting us to order. We live just up the road and would pass this place all the time, and I'm glad we stopped in. “Had dinner here Saturday night. Don't know why it wasn't busier as the food was excellent! We had fajitas and tacos and loved every bite! So much food for not a high price. Neither of us was able to finish our dinner as they give you so much food. The only complaint I had, which might have been corrected if I asked, was they only gave 3 tortilla shells with the fajitas. Will definitely be back when in the area.“

“WOW! The Burgers here are AMAZING! Everything here is organic and the beef is grass fed. You can tell the burgers here are high quality. I had the Mushroom Shroom Burger, and it was so delicious! The burger was so juicy. Even the bun was fresh and melted in my mouth along with the burger. The hand cut fries were very good, but wish they were served hot. I was shocked when the girl at the register said the truffle fries were $12 and a small milkshake is $10! You can end up spending $40-$50 just for a burger, truffle fries, and a shake here which is overpriced. The 5 stars is because everything was so delicious! I recommend Hearthly Burger in Shrewsbury!“

“Come here quite often for alcohol, they have a great selection for a small spot. Recently, I finally went there for a meal and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Staff was pleasant and quick with service. The only issue is the place is rather small and tables are limited.“

From the day I entered there through today, the foot traffic in that place is immense. Of course their floors will get dirty. The ongoing of customers from the time it opens until about 4:00 in the afternoon doesn't leave time to mop and if it did, where would the customers waiting stand? I will say the rest of that review was on point. Their homemade food is amazing and made with love everyday. They treat you like family in there. Every customer is treated kindly. “Absolutely delicious Italian pizza, pasta and entrees! There are so many pizza choices, my favorites were the grilled chicken Caesar salad and the Grandma with a sesame seed crust, soooo yummy! We shared the seafood salad with large shrimp, mussels and tender calamari and the beautiful cold cut platter. The pasta with bolognese was fabulous and so was the chicken francese. They even have gluten free pizza and pasta. Finish with cappuccino and the oh so fresh cannolis and zeppoles. “The birria tacos are incredible. This might be a weird comparison, but the meat reminds me of my mom’s pot roast with Mexican flavors. “I had to stop by to write this review! I ordered the honey garlic and the honey buffalo chicken wings for the Super Bowl and boy I wasn’t disappointed!!! It was finger licking good and I was so surprised that we had no left overs and our guest was inquiring about this place because it was so good. The wings were cooked to perfection, not hard or burnt under the sauce just a nice crisp that made everything so enjoyable. The owner was super sweet and the round tray that she put everything in was very professional. I’ll definitely be coming back to try some more food on her menu along with the wings. “Very nice atmosphere. Decor is colorful and floral. Food presentation is beautiful. Food taste was pretty good and portions are medium. The salmon roll was very creative and tasty - a bit messy to eat but I would recommend trying it. We’ve had better chicken and waffles elsewhere. I would’ve preferred the waffles to be crispier on the outside (it’s more like a thick waffle shaped pancake) and the chicken was almost over-fried. I’d say it’s a nice place for a brunch or lunch date.“

“We had a nice time celebrating my son's surprise 21st birthday at Grillestone. Jose and staff were all very nice and easy to work with and they even helped pull off the surprise. Since it was a 21st Birthday, I wanted to keep it casual and wanted food that my son enjoys when hanhing out. Jose was accommodating and I ordered all different appetizers as the meal. We had plenty of food and it came out all night long as discussed just needed a little bread in between (lol) and we even had leftovers to take home as well. We had a variety of pizza, fried calamari, avacado toast, wings, mac & cheese, nachos, sliders & fries, quesadilla & Ceasar Salad, Great staff, food, drinks all night long. The only thing missing was the band/ DJ but the weather didn't cooperate that night. Thanks again and we look forward in coming back!!!“

“Great beer selection on tap. Best bar pies around. Live music occasionally and a DJ on the weekends. They have one pool table and lots of TVs so you can watch all kinds of sports. Sundays during football season is great as they have all the games on and the DJ will host games like bingo, trivia, etc. You go there for the beer, food, and fun but you stay for the Tuna.“
