“Today 1/6/26 I was at this location picking up my mobile order. Listen, the guy working the counter today deserves some serious recognition. He was running like a mad man, taking orders, helping people coming up to the counter for various things, running food to tables, and in the kitchen putting orders together. It was during a very busy, what I assume to be a lunch rush. I’m not sure if they were short staffed today or what (I hope this is the case because he was doing way more than what should be expected of one single person). He handled it so well and he was polite to everyone that was hounding for his attention. The poor guy didn’t even get a chance to breathe! While he was running food, someone was at the counter wanting to place an order. A female worker walked behind the counter and the man asked her if he could place an order. Her response was “I’m sorry I can’t take your order.” Instead she went and found the guy juggling a three person job to do it. I understand that maybe not everyone is trained for the register, but it just made me feel bad for the guy running around like his life depended on it. If the owner actually reads this and takes customer feedback into consideration, please give that man the praise he deserves. One other suggestion would be to maybe not have that be a one man job. Just because he handled it so well, doesn’t mean he should HAVE to!“

“Shake Shack is always on point but, I need to take a second and express how amazing this staff is. My Uber Eats driver brought me a shovel (yes a shovel) instead of my burger. I called to see what actually happened to the burger. That will remain a mystery however, the manager told me to come down and they’d make me fresh one. On top of being extremely pleasant and accommodating, they made a surprise one for my dog!! These guys are great and deserve to be applauded!“

“Shakeshacks great and good quality especially if youre avoiding processed junky foods its one of few options. Kfried chicken sandwich is just ok wouldnt recommend it, the kshack bbq burger is much better the crispy onions and sauce are good. Smokeshack is still my favorite with the cherry peppers. like their fries with the honey mustard“

“Great burgers at a great price. Make sure you always look for the burger of the month. It always rotate monthly. Once you order, they bring the food to your table and clean up after you leave. They have 2 types of ketchup: regular and jalapenos. The small fry is very filling for me. I was debating between a regular and small and decided with the small.

Next time I want to try the milkshakes as everyone who ordered there got one and it looked delicious.“

“1st time ordering from here. We tried the Cobb Salad to go. Owner ran out of Blue Cheese but asked if we wanted an alternate cheese. Was still delicious! Very fresh and tasty! Portion size was good. Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. I recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.“

“Popped in as a first timer after a business meeting nearby. The young lady who took my order explained the brand and the food to me and offered suggestions; she didn’t ridicule me for not knowing what I wanted. I got the original burger combo figuring it would be good since that’s what they started with, and it did not disappoint. The sauce for the fries was free and tasted great! I will definitely be back! We catered my daughter’s graduation party and my guests could not stop raving about the food! Food… tomato sauce is top shelf… but if you are featuring your sauce and you fill a dish surrounding 2 small pieces of eggplant( which was cooked perfectly BTW) you need to provide some BREAD for dipping… not everyone likes garlic bread ( at $10) avoid the “ wood fired” artichokes… they are “ canned” and nothing special at $14! The Short rib plate with butternut squash is amazing… a little on the sweet side… but something special for sure.
The Meatballs…. Ypu can make better at home small orbs of deep fried beef… very little flavor very crunchy…. Not a good choice!!! Food is a mixed bag… some good… some not so good… we will return for the cocktails…. Wine? No way!!! Meatballs??? Eat a tennis ball!! Artichokes??? Make them yourself at home! Music is WAY too loud…. Pretty pricey tab for 7’out of 10 food. Pizza was made with top shelf ingredients but bottom crust was “ flubbery” needed a few minutes in a hot pan. This place is among the best choices for cocktails in Sayreville… but needs work to be worth multiple“

“First time getting a famous NJ/NY bagel and it didn’t disappoint. My friends and I were blown away by the freshness and thiccness of every bagel.
