“Just pulled out of this location, whoever owns this location, today, January 23rd 2024 around 8:50 pm your employee Nick was working the drive thru and he did the most, when the soda spilled over a bit he wiped the cup down before putting it in the cup carrier, he waited till we asked for straws and remembered the sauces, thank you Nick.“

“I live in Cliffwood Beach & skip my local McDonald’s to go to the Hazlet or Union Beach McDonald's which I believe are run by the same owner. What a difference in freshness & taste. These two locations have NEVER disappointed me. Worth the extra 5 min drive for perfection.“

“Very clean, very friendly staff. Very convenient to stop when returning from the shore. I noticed in Google's description that DQ is a burger place, and that this store had soft ice cream. This is not a DQ Brazier, so no burgers or Chili Dogs (sorry), but it does have ice cream scoops. I also saw in the description that they only take cash: not so, they take credit cards (I think debit cards) as well. There is a good size parking lot, and benches in the back to enjoy a fine day (and maybe not have the kids drip ice cream on the car seats). Well worth a stop.“

“It's a really nice, new, and clean location. The service was great. Friendly staff that prepared the food in a timely manner. The food was well made and looked amazing. Fries were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Burger buns were fresh and tasty. Burger toppings were tasty as well ( lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, and house sauce). My only area where I can see room for improvement is the Burger patty. It can be a little chewy and rough in spots. The location is hard to find. Not on a main street and not visible from a main street. If word of mouth hasn't got to you about this place, you may never know about it.“

“Great burgers at a great price. Make sure you always look for the burger of the month. It always rotate monthly. Once you order, they bring the food to your table and clean up after you leave. They have 2 types of ketchup: regular and jalapenos. The small fry is very filling for me. I was debating between a regular and small and decided with the small.

Next time I want to try the milkshakes as everyone who ordered there got one and it looked delicious.“

“We came with 6 kids (ages 2-7) and my GAWD was the staff patient! Despite the chaos we brought, the waiter/server still answered ALL of our questions and didn't skip a beat on details. “Coming from Montreal (Canada), we were in town for my cousin’s wedding and we were looking for a nice place for breakfast. We ended up at Town Bagels and Grill, not too far from the Sheraton hotel. “Love this place. The food is so authentic and feels like it comes from home and it does. They hand make everything like the noodles. Peanut noodles are great here, dumplings, wontons, beef soup. “This restaurant's food was good, but the service is not that obvious or helpful. If you haven't been there before it's not known that you order at the counter then sit down and they bring the food. There is no regular table service. They also have electronic kiosk ordering which is great once you get it, but I walked in and the people that worked there just stared at me trying to figure it out. Nobody said a word of welcome or gave a hint of what to do to order. I wasn't the only one confused. Other people on line were asking each other questions, but the counter person just watched and didn't say a word. When you finally order they shove an empty cup and number at you. Then you have to get your own drink, napkins, condiments and find your own table. When your food is ready someone marches around the restaurant with your food looking for the number they gave you. The place is big so it can be a long trip that you watch them because you don't know who's food they have. If they said a number you could wave them over, but they don't say a word... Just march. The whole system is annoying, but could be fine if the staff just helped. The burger was really good, but if you did have a problem you would have to go back up to the counter and wait on line again to get service. It's like stopping at a rest stop or a place at an amusement park.“

“1st time ordering from here. We tried the Cobb Salad to go. Owner ran out of Blue Cheese but asked if we wanted an alternate cheese. Was still delicious! Very fresh and tasty! Portion size was good. Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. Kudos to the chef for his amazing food and the new owners came over to meet us and introduce themselves giving a total family vibe. The meals came with salads and the portions were huge, plenty of leftovers. We have been there a several times prior to this post and each time it has been perfect, the weekends are always crowded.
