“We had an amazing family dinner at Efsane Turkish Restaurant, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality.

The Family Special was incredible—beautifully presented and generous enough for everyone to enjoy. Every bite was flavorful, from the perfectly grilled meats and tender chicken to the fresh vegetables, crispy fries, and delicious sides. The appetizers were fresh and authentic, especially the creamy dips with warm, freshly baked Turkish bread. We also loved the crispy calamari and cheese rolls.

The desserts were the perfect ending to our meal. The kunefe, baklava, and rice pudding were all freshly made and absolutely delicious.

What truly made our visit memorable was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They were welcoming to our family, checked on us regularly, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.”

“Just because it’s shaped like a bagel doesn’t make it a bagel. I am there every Wednesday morning where I buy 8 bagels. From the glass you can see the giant vat in the back where they ACTUALLY boil their bagels which is the correct way to make a bagel and not just round dough in the shape of a bagel. These bagels are the best bagels I’ve ever had in New Jersey since moving from New York. The woman behind the counter is always so nice. Their bagels for the quality are well priced. I have plenty of bagel spots around where I live but I drive a few extra miles to this place.”

🍗 What I Ordered
I ordered the Double Protein Chicken Bowl, which came loaded with brown rice, beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo, lettuce, and my choice of sauce. The chicken was well cooked, tender, and flavorful. Since it was a double-protein bowl, the portion of chicken was generous and definitely made the bowl filling.

The restaurant was clean, neat, and well maintained. There is also ample seating space, making it convenient for both quick meals and dining in.

The staff was friendly, patient, and prepared the order exactly as requested. The overall service was pleasant and efficient.

💰 Value
The portion size was definitely worth the $14 price, especially with the double protein option. The bowl was filling and had a good balance of protein, rice, vegetables, and toppings.

“Easy to order with accuracy and time. Im not a fan of sandwiches just taste bland. They have every selection of donuts which they keep fresh rotating hot out of the oven. Its just me that I dont like their donuts as they all taste the with that familiar aroma. Again, that's me. You have all you expect from a Dunkin so no change in the quality. They have a drive thru that is somehow tucked within limited lot space. Its a heavily trafficked by location to main roads with a traffic light at entry from 34. Be careful of parking and walking into store. The drive thru is very active making parking entry and exit challenging due to volume and driver choices. Slow and steady on feet and car. Just be aware of your surroundings. I usually get the 1lb packages of flavor led coffee. They have a special here with purchase if these coffees. Can't remember details but the 4lb total estimare comes out $30-$41 range. Staff is friendly and efficient and the property is well maintained.”

“I called with 5 minutes to spare before closing, and the two employees working went out of their way to put in a last minute rivet tray. Above and beyond - as polite as could be - and had it ready when I walked in right at closing. Visited on 6/23/26.”

“I got a really good chicken chow mein lunch special, fried wontons, and bean curd skin. The chow mein and rice were amazing and the fried wontons were very good. The wontons were a bit sweet and doughy for my taste, but still enjoyable. The bean curd skin was great. It came with seaweed salad which I wasn't expecting. Everyone I was with also enjoyed their dishes. The only complaint was $2.00 for rice on the hibachi dish was too much for what you actually got.
I will be getting food from here again and would be interested in dining in.”

Sometimes the wait is long and the workers are rarely behind the counter to help if you need anything but this place is always extremely busy on the drive-thru and doordash so what can you do. Even on its worst day the food here blows away most other taco bells I’ve been to. On a good day really seems like it’s made with love lol.”
