Carvel is a beloved ice cream shop that offers delicious soft vanilla and chocolate ice cream. The cone portions are generous, although some customers have found the cones to be stale at times. The staff is praised for their thoughtfulness, especially when it comes to serving young customers. Carvel has also received high marks for their ability to create beautifully decorated birthday cakes on short notice. Overall, Carvel is a family-friendly establishment that is known for its exceptional ice cream and attentive service.
