“1st time ordering from here. We tried the Cobb Salad to go. Owner ran out of Blue Cheese but asked if we wanted an alternate cheese. Was still delicious! Very fresh and tasty! Portion size was good. Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. I recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.”

“My daughter chose this place for a special dinner on our weekend down the shore. It was great! The food and cocktails were delicious and everyone from the owner to the busboy was so sweet, fun, and helpful. We shared an assortment of starters- Thai chili shrimp, crab cake, Brussels sprouts, pistachio ricotta with crostini- and would order everything again. Our server, Brianne, was wonderful. Thank you for a perfect evening!”

“My family and I got the chx caesar wrap, wake up burger, teriyaki Cauliflower, plantains, mozzarella sticks, chx fingers, cheesesteak, Mac and cheese and fries with cheese and ranch last night. I woke up thinking about it this morning. We literally LOVED every single thing and can't wait to go back!! I saw all the amazing reviews online and had to give it a try. So glad we did! We are lucky enough to live right up the block. Woohoo!!”

“This review is LONG overdue, but this past October, Sophie had a cake prepared for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday. It was coming up really soon and I still hadn’t gotten a cake. I came across Sophie C’s Sweets on Facebook and saw how talented she was. I messaged her on a Monday, asking if she’d be able to bake me a cake by the following Saturday, and to my surprise, she was able! The ordering process was super smooth and the pricing was very reasonable. When I picked up the cake, she had it beautifully presented, and it looked BETTER than the reference I had sent. Let me tell you, when we finally had a bite, this was the BEST cake I’ve had in my entire life. I’m not exaggerating. If you’re looking for someone to make your custom cake, don’t think twice, get it from Sophie C’s Sweets!”

“horrible experience & poor food quality. we ordered $90 of food tonight. first when trying to order i asked about the birria tacos in their Facebook post. the woman who answered told me that they dont call them birria tacos, they are called barbacoa. they required us to order from uber eats even though they advertise in town delivery. so we did. the tortillas with green sauce is rico's version of a chalupa. it was inedible. we ordered a steak chimichanga - it was very fatty. the quesadilla was delivered in the form of a taco. somehow an order for nachos we put in uber eats, was deleted. when we called to let them know somethings were not correct in the order and we were really dissapointed we were told this is not taco bell. at the end of the unhelpful conversation about their poor service and food quality, the final response was, "You got everything you deserved." very unprofessional. all around a bad experience. the food was not good. we love to support local businesses but will not be back to Rico Taco Mex 2.”

“Went there on Sunday with my parents and sister. Place is beautiful..we did not get to the rooftop since it did not open till later in the day...our server was Mary and she could not have been more accommodating..my parents thought she was funny my dad especially she had a funny comeback for anything my dad said ..we will definitely be back again and can't wait to check out the rooftop next time.. Definitely our families new favorite place ...”
