I was just passing through and remembered it was Whopper Wednesday, so I stopped at this Burger King. Unfortunately, I ran into problems with the app while trying to place my order and thought the experience was going to be frustrating.

That’s when Isayah stepped in.

He immediately took ownership of the situation, quickly figured out the problem, and resolved it with a level of professionalism and customer service that genuinely impressed me. He was calm, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Instead of making me feel like the issue was my problem, he made me feel like helping me was his priority.

In today’s world, it’s rare to encounter someone who delivers customer service at this level. Isayah represented Burger King exceptionally well, and his professionalism completely turned what could have been a negative experience into a great one.

“I’d like to commend the entire staff, especially Christian. I walked in with three toddlers, my hands full, and unfortunately dropped the baby’s glass bottle, which shattered everywhere. I felt terrible and immediately apologized. The entire staff was extremely kind and understanding about it. While they were cleaning up, Christian went out of his way to help me find the screw-on ripple part for the bottle. His patience and willingness to help really stood out.
