Great tasting burgers (and brisket) add-ons and sweet potato fries!!Need to improve service experience: pickup shelves are not used by staff, you need to wait until they finish packing other people order before handing over your order (major service point to improve)
I have not been to Smash Burger in years however I received a gift card so went to try it out. The food tasted great and the staff was friendly. I ordered a double smash burger and large fries which costed near 20 dollars and I felt the portion was very small and left me still hungry which was upsetting for the price. Don't think I would return strictly for the value received for the price.
