I went for the first time yesterday. My cashier was Brandon. He was attentive, repeated order with smile and had great customer service. In addition, Lucy kept assuring me my order would be out soon. I truly enjoyed my meal and will be back for more in the near future.

Ordered ahead and picked up in the store. They had so many pre-ordered pick ups they had trouble finding mine. But! Everything was included. Decor of the location was nice and the location seemed relatively busy. Staff was mulling about and talking amongst themselves.Food was good. Good place to have good food. My favorite is avacado bacon burger. Few things to improve: reqd quality- it becomes very soft even when dine in. The juices and the heat almost spoil the bread. The napkins are very poor quality they hardly wipe/absorb anything (almost service area restroom quality).The best thing I like to mention is the water tap and cups, very unique and nice about shake shack..well done.
