I belong to Panera’s Sip Club… UNLIMITED coffee and drinks every two hours for $13 per month instead of paying over $3 a cup for coffee.. I really don’t understand why people are still going to other coffee shops…
Ruthie is always so kind when I go to Panera! She is so helpful and gave me a complimentary bag of chips. She always initiates conversation and makes guests feel happy and comfortable. 5 stars!!

Messed up my order but didn't know until i was home. Food is tasting blander. Not just this panera that has gotten worse in the last few months. Prices are going up but they had less staff and the food quality has gotten worse.
