Me and my SO come here everyday for breakfast and to get our daily sips club drinks. Ruth is our favorite worker here, she is insanely personable and has made sure that we get top notch customer service and satisfaction every time our paths cross. She has solidified this panera as our main panera bread branch.

My parents and I have been coming here with our sip free club membership for a while now. The manager or some staff members have begun to recognize us and say hi, which is so kind and makes the atmosphere so much warmer. I usually get a charged lemonade and drink a large within a few days. Today’s blood orange charged lemonade is a different color than what I is usually get. It was always a deep orange color but it looks like a watery orange juice. The taste is the same though. They are kind and accepting of any special requests we had on our drinks and sandwiches. The tables and bathrooms could be cleaner but I guess it’s because of a staff shortage too.

Messed up my order but didn't know until i was home. Food is tasting blander. Not just this panera that has gotten worse in the last few months. Prices are going up but they had less staff and the food quality has gotten worse.

Biggest rip off in the world. $8 for a small cup of soup before a drink is outrageous, especially considering its not anywhere close to fresh. And if the person pouring soups skimps you, you'll be left starving still after spending money that could get you a full meal elsewhere. $4+ for a drink, $20+ for the smallest sandwich ever paired with a skimped cup of soup.... unreal

Panera and Yelp threatened with legal action by hiding the review when I talked about the C grade when their food is atrocious. I found bugs, inedible substances inside the sandwiches, & not to mention cold. Can't comment on the service since I didn't utilize the cashier. The machines were faulty but guess we'll see if Yelp will delete this review.There was also a couple middle aged employees by the name of Alex & Paul who made weird expressions at little girls during my duration there (and I mean girls that are toddlers like 4-5 year olds). Not to mention, kept staring at them. Very disturbing that I don't want to go into detail. Advise y'all to not sit in if you have young ones, or rather just avoid this place overall, between the overpriced inedible food, the disgusting restaurant, and the creepy employees.
