I was extremely happy with the cupcakes I ordered for Valentine’s Day. They were delivered in beautiful boxes, decorated gorgeously, and tasted great. The manager, Rachel, who assisted me with this order was very helpful, accommodating, as well as friendly and caring. I would recommend Baked Bouquet for anyone in need of an extra special gift.
I ordered the Radiant Rose cupcake box for delivery and I was extremely pleased with the service and the product. They followed my instructions to call me upon delivery and the driver handed them to me in perfect condition and was very friendly. The cupcakes are delicious and worth it! first off let me say their customer service is wonderful. the lady over the phone was very helpful and courteous with my order and making sure the cupcakes gets to its location on time. the cupcakes were also beautiful in decoration and presentation also were very delicious. my wife loved it from the delivery to the dinner table. It was a hit in everyway possible. I will be ordering again and i recommend everyone at least try it once for your special someone or occassion.
