The staff here are incredibly polite and I always have an amazing experience with them whenever I order from this location. I normally mobile order and receive the order on time, but recently the orders have been extremely late (given that it’s holiday season). If I can give this place 0 stars I would . I waited a whole hour for a frapp , I would of had to wait longer if I didn’t go off . This the slowest Starbucks I ever been too and I work at Starbucks my store is better . Customer service is awful they don’t even call your names for your drink or food . The guy made my frapp wrong I asked for almond milk he put whole but I still walked away with my drink because I didn’t wanna wait another hour
