I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a blue raspberry slushie but the girl at the cashier entered it as strawberry even though I clearly said blue raspberry. When it was time to pick up my order, the employee making the drinks understandably made what was on the ticket. After waiting for a bit, I asked about my slushie, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, the cashier insisted that I had ordered strawberry and rolled her eyes at me.

**Updated 5/25/26, they still suck and are still scamming their customers. Also, the employees are wearing food service gloves while handling money, food, and drinks without replacing them, and the customer service is absolutely trash.**
They are scamming customers and forcing them to upgrade their meals. They claim they don't have whole pretzels available and only have pretzel bites for sale, at $3 upcharge per order. Really lousy customer service
