This place went down hill. The cashiers we encountered were rude and could careless about doing their jobs. They only had nuggets available, which were old and stale. The prices have sky rocketed. $7.99 for one cup of nuggets? Horrible. When I worked there we always had everything on display and everything was fresh. Sad to see.

They are scamming customers and forcing them to upgrade their meals. They claim they don't have whole pretzels available and only have pretzel bites for sale, at $3 upcharge per order. Really lousy customer

I can't pass by without having a plain, buttered pretzel with a Pina Colada (non-alcoholic) frosted ice beverage...a real treat! Opportunity for improvement here is service. At times employees appear to still be in training, need more training , or not focused on basic customer service (i.e. greet the customer, make eye contact, smile, take the order, repeat the order, present the order and say "thank you"). If Auntie Anne places a complete "Training Team" here to re-train and re-staff (based on performance), this would be a real AAA operation...as it was a few years ago.

I got mini hot dogs, and like some of these people already mentioned, it tasted like they added soap to the batter. That taste normally means the hot dogs are spoiled, not something you serve to customers. Also, my stomach hurt afterwards. Please do a better job next time!

Usually crowded and very slow service . Takes 15 mins in the queue .. and most of the times they have the same pretzel, the ones that they can’t sell much :) hardly have jalapeno or almond …. My kids like the mango drink though. Perfect mall food.. average and expensive.
