This is our go to Indian restaurant. Food is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Service is friendly. Highly recommended!
My 1st time visiting tulsi. A new gem in east brunswick. The atmosphere is terrific inside the restaurant. Warm, inviting and authentic to the Indian culture. The food choices are awesome. Great portions and very flavorful. Only negative was with amount of rice offered. Two small containers. I had inquired if basmati rice was included. If had had known the portion was going to be that small I was going to order more rice. Other indian restaurants Ive gone too weren't stingy....read full review

Based on the reviews, Tulsi Indian Cuisine offers delicious, authentic food with generous portions, including Butter Chicken, garlic naan, shahi paneer, veg samosas, chicken tikka, lamb kadai, chicken biriyani, and dosa. The atmosphere is very classy, pleasant, and beautiful. The service is top notch, excellent, and friendly, with a nice chef who made a complimentary lassi. The spice levels are spot on, and BYOB is a plus, located right next to Joe Canals liquor store. This is a fantastic new addition in East Brunswick, NJ, and a go-to place for Indian wedding food.
