Crumbl is different, think about getting a 6 pack of crumbl cookies, and a 6 pack of Dunkin’ Donuts, and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.Their business model is fun and exciting yet still very lucrative. “Today, I had the BEST Italian ice in my life. It was the best blend of flavors and each bite made me want more. The strawberry-guava was delicious and a great way to end my lunch date. I cannot wait to try the other flavors. One of my friends had the chocolate flavor and was blown away by the flavor. I loved everything about this business(Italian ice, store setup, seating area). The pictures on the wall and the floor tiles reminded me of home and growing up. Summer was tough for me with the loss of my mom and this flavor (plus shop) made me smile. Flavor reminded me of her. “I'm lactose intolerant...This place is worth the stomachache. Their Hershey ice cream is to die for. They serve sundaes and cakes and an apple pie cake? Like I've never heard of that, and it's killer. The owners of the place are such kind people and the workers are extremely patient and helpful. I would go here again 100%.“

I love hole in the wall type shops that produce good product and provide friendly service at reasonable prices, and that's exactly what you'll find here.We went with the Viking Vanilla and Strawberry Fields. Both were rich and creamy, and were a delicious treat. While the Viking Vanilla was more of your typical vanilla ice cream, the Strawberry Fields really stood out as high quality as it contained pieces of actual strawberry inside...probably the best strawberry ice cream in the area. Although it's cash only, the prices are reasonable with generous portions, with a kids or regular size more than ample size to satisfy any sweet tooth craving. I'm happy to support small businesses like Gil & Bert's, and recommend them to others.“

“This was my first time having a mochinut and it was absolutely delightful!!! Their taro mochinut has been my favorite flavor so far. The texture is sooo good. It's both chewy like mochi and doughy like a donut, the perfect mixture of both! Not too heavy and not too sweet. And their variety of flavors is amazing and unique! “We just found this place a week ago my son comes into the store to purchase our low-fat or sugar-free yogurt. He was skeptical at first because it's hard to find a good yogurt place since we used to a place in Brooklyn New York that was fabulous. The owner helped my son with the various products that were either low sugar no sugar or low fat. We both must say that the peanut butter we consistently get was absolutely delicious we were very impressed with the quality and the taste. I know it seems a little pricey but with the cost of everything today it doesn't seem out of place and with the quality it's worth it my son signed up to get the rewards because we're going to be coming to this place very frequently“

“Cozy shop with really cute aesthetics. They do soft serve on tea and have ice cream! The teas are reasonably priced. The matcha was very good. Toppings choices aren't as numerous as other places but that's ok because they have ice cream.Parking: It's a little tight since it's the strip malls part of Edison. There's a light to make a left out of it so it's not very hard to get out. Just not very many spots. Unknown if there's parking in the rear“

“Super good! Me and my siblings went during the night a few weeks back when it was really nice out and the place was packed!!! The workers were super attentive and very apologetic about the wait time (which we understood since it was INSANE) the ice cream was absolutely delicious. I got the baileys flavor and was blown away by it! I will be coming back as much as my bank account and doctor will allow ? I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have great service and amazing ice cream.“

“I liked this quaint lil ice cream or bubble tea spot in Woodbridge mall. We had some wait for seaquest and while waiting decided to try their waffles with ice cream. I ordered the chocolate waffle and asked them to replace m&ms with mangoes. They did charge me extra for the mangoes though. Overall the waffle was freshly made and the ice-cream was good too! Nothing to not like about an ice-cream and a waffle!“

One thing disappointing is today I ordered the absolutely delicious birthday cake doughnado which I always order, and the girl gave me the tiniest scoop of cookie dough! I also had the twister here with chocolate custard and peanut butter cookie dough cream ice. It was good, but not nearly as good as the doughnado. The peanut butter cookie dough cream ice was good, but not great. I’ll try another cream ice flavor next time. I recommend Ralph’s Italian Ices in Spotswood!“

“This is a cite place. Didn't know about it. You can be served inside or out. There is a decent size seating area to eat. They have a great selection of ice cream and toppings. I'm usually a sprinkle guy but decided to try the cotton candy and simple soft serve vanilla. It was really good. I do plan on going back for the hard serve ice cream, seeing as there are flavors there I have not seen and would like to try.“

The ice cream itself tastes like it's bought from a supplier - not made in house, so it doesn't taste special. What you see is what you get here; there aren't any hidden gems, but if you're looking for ice cream in the area, this will do. I rated it slightly higher because as of the time of this post the prices are reasonable. Tip: some years they close shop during the colder seasons.“

“I ordered a custom sheet cake for my daughter’s birthday and the store did a great job. We had a design and swapped one of the flavors out from their originals. The additional costs were very reasonable and the cake looked great! We live a bit far so I couldn’t come in person to order it but was able to communicate with the owner via email and phone. We were super happy with it and would definitely order from them again.“

“I was honestly quite surprised about this place. We were having a going away party for a coworker and planned on ordering pizza from another place but they had some issues with their equipment. So we decided to give this place a try. We ordered 2 large cheese pizzas, pepperoni and a veggie pizza. The pizza wasn't bad at all. The veggie and one cheese pizza were completely gone. There was only half left of pepperoni and other cheese. I tried the plain and pepperoni and quite honestly they weren't bad. Staff were very polite. It's quite a combination of being ice cream and pizza. And the only drawback is that they don't sell pizza by the slice. That would be better if they did.“

“The shake & soft serve cone was good. The soft serve is more dense than some other places and creamy. It was fast service. Cash only, but there's an atm right there. The menu board is overwhelming because there's stuff written everywhere & there's so much of it across the whole front of the shop. I wish I had noticed the soft serve dole whip before I told my husband to get vanilla, but there was too much to read and he was up next in line.“

They are so DELICIOUS! The hot fudge brownie ice cream I swap the soft serve for Mississippi mud hard ice cream. Hot fudge sundaes are better with hard ice cream because soft serve melts quickly when it’s topped with anything hot. Their Ices are far better than Rita’s too! My favorites are the chocolate chip cheesecake, peanut butter and jelly, and peanut butter cookie dough. They also have cookie dough sundaes here too which are also very good! The cake batter a peanut butter cookie dough sundaes are the best! The choices are endless here! I recommend Ralph’s Italian Ices in Hazlet!“

Prices although are going up after coming back here many times but I think its fine. Many toppings to choose from, but I normally skip that part and just enjoy the frozen yogurt.“
