“I visited this cafe on Wednesday, and I was blown away by both the delicious crepes and the phenomenal customer service. It was my first time there, and I can confidently say that I'll be returning. The staff that day made the experience truly enjoyable and welcoming, the food was definitely top notch. I was happy to know they offer their services on all 3 food platforms: DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GrubHub. 10/10 would recommend!

“Went here on a whim and really enjoyed it. They have a bunch of unique and tasty flavors. I saw cakes for sale, and they sell take-out pints/gallons of ice cream in addition to cones/cups.
The staff was really friendly and helpful in navigating all the flavor choices. Your group can sample up to 5 flavors.
Eight of us agreed this was a great choice and a delicious dessert option.

“I order birthday cakes twice a year for my children. Every year is a new theme. I always articulate how I want the cake decorated. Denise listens so well and makes my vision come true!! The cakes and ice cream and mix-ins are awesome. Everybody raves about the cakes every time I have birthday parties. I also go to this location for cookie ice cream sandwiches that are delightful!!! “Been going to Ralf’s for years since original location in Staten Island great family I know them well as for this rt 34 location product still is the same excellent but for what you get according to size you order seems to be skimpy or a bit shy depending who’s filling your cup ,for the price you pay you should feel like you’re getting your moneys worth but that’s not the feeling you get your order the cup should be filled no matter the size“

“I've eaten a lot of frozen treats in my day. A lot. Tortoni in restaurants, ice cream sammiches from the corner store, tubs of Häagen-Dazs from the supermarket, Brooklyn street corner treats like pirágua and coquito, italian ices at pizzerias, etc. Like grandpa always said: if it's cold and sweet, I'm ready to eat...okay, I'm lying, he never said that. I just made it up... but it's a credo to live by. Anyway, love ice cream but frozen custard (made with eggs) is better. Love Italian ice but homemade ice with stuff in it is better. Rita's has THE BEST Italian Ice and THE SECOND BEST frozen custard (after that banana custard place in Coney Island. Enjoy both with a "Gelati" as they call it. Mine was black cherry ice and vanilla custard. Amazing.“

“Open surprisingly Late? A small chocolate custard w/chocolate sprinkles in a cup was over $7. Whip cream wouldn’t be been extra too. But I guess prices reflect these times of inflation. The one girl working there was extremely polite & my Chocolate Custard was Delicious! Place is Well Lit, especially for at night. If you want t to avoid route 9, depending on what direction your coming from, you can enter & exit from behind the stores from off Franklin Lane.“
